I was contacted by Enterprise promptly after filing a collision claim with State Farm. This Enterprise location was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. Upon arrival, they did not have the vehicle that we had reserved, so they gave us a free upgrade. We had no problems during the rental or returning it.
