Especially Leo, when I commented the first car he showed me had a weird smell, he immediately showed me another car. he made things go fast when I didn’t have much time while still giving me all the info.

After a hail storm, they were very busy. Inventory was low. Staff was called in from other areas to cover. Service was very professional. The staff went above and beyond to keep stress low and service top notch. I will definitely give them my business again. Kudos to the Georgetown Enterprise team. Service like this does not happen by accident. Thank you!

Booked a car in advance . 3 days later my car was still not there when my booking time arrived . Now I can't take my family on our planned vacation for the weekend. Thanks Enterprise. If you don't have vehicles available! Don't allow them to be booked online !

Had a great experience throughout the entire process! Quick easy and customer service was top notch! We needed rentals due to extreme weather damage to our vehicles. Our insurance company and Enterprise took action immediately and made this whole process a breeze! Thank you for making this unfortunate situation a thing of the past.

Terrible communication. They scheduled me for a rental pickup at 6pm. What they failed to communicate is that they also close right at 6pm. Showed up at the time they told me (twice) and no one was there. Do better.

The guy helping me at the Front Desk wasn't very friendly, like no customer service presence whatsoever. Younger guy that walked me to the car seemed cool, but overall these young guys running the place need a bit of coaching in customer experience. Not coming back to this location.

Have rented cars from this location on several occasions. They are friendly and helpful. Wait is less than other places of this type. This is a smaller location, but I have always been able to get what I need or they they have offered a free upgrade.

The Enterprise Team in Georgetown went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I need for our family trip. The luxurious Grand Wagoneer was perfect, not to mention the unlimited mileage.We will definitely be renting from Enterprise for our next family trip
