Rental staff was great. The 15 passenger Mercedes sprinter was awesome.
Would be 5 star if the van was clean when I received it.
I would rent from Enterprise and the Georgetown, TX Austin ave site again.
I recommend the The 15 passenger Mercedes sprinter over the Ford Transit.

I had an amazing experience at Enterprise Car Rental. They took care of me even though the vehicle that I initially rented was not available. They did troubleshoot and offer for me a solution. Excellent experience thank you so much.

Unacceptable level of incompetence and potentially scamming.
I picked the rental up Nov 26 and had it for exactly 1 week. When I returned it they used the hail shield to detect any hail damage. This was not done at the initial inspection. They found 3 small dents believed to have been caused by hail. There was no reported hail anywhere in Georgetown or Killeen (where I work) during this week period. With absolutely no proof of me having caused these damages they file an insurance claim and attempt to collect my insurance policy deductible (which I refused to pay) which led me to believe this was a shakedown for money.
Do not rent from these guys.
Edit: One month later and I still haven’t gotten my initial deposit of $50 back and have heard NOTHING from enterprise or my insurance. These guys are thieves

I reserved a SUV 9 days prior to my reservation date. I was hesitant to reserve at this location due to the poor reviews but the next available was further away. Enterprise's site stated the vehicle selection was available so I proceeded. I received my check-in confirmation the day before, completed check-in, then an hour later received a call from Hayden that my rental wasn't available. Am I shocked, no, because the reviews basically told me this would happen. The excuse given was that due to the time of year. I don't care what time of year it is. If Enterprise confirms my rental online, then the physical location needs to review the day the request is received to confirm availability, and follow up with the renter immediately if not able available. As a result I spent an hour calling multiple other locations. Each location told me that Hayden doesn't plan his inventory well. Obviously, it's a recurring issue and shame on me for booking there.

I was given a dirty car(like grit dirty) last time and this time the car had a scratch across the front passenger fender, which I pointed out upon picking up(after they didn't haveling the car I selected through the app) and Hayden(very rude employee) didn't even acknowledge it.
I've also recived a car with half a tank of gas and still returned it full!
THIS LOCATION NEEDS SERIOUS HELP ASAP. And Hayden needs to not be employed in customer service.

This location works as if it is a scam. They tell you to do one thing then they charge you for another. On top of that, they charged me for maintenance to a rental car. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION OR THESE PEOPLE. My personal experience with this location has been horrible.

This place sucks.I had an unbelievably disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car I called them in the morning at 9 am,. they reserve car for me and told me to come at evening 4 pm to pick up car. I came here 3.30 pm and waited till here close time 5.30 pm and now they are telling me that they can't give rent a car either.waste my whole day
