I went to find the location, went to the wrong one. Your e mails,texts,or reviews never have addresses just pop up. Tasha directed me to the right one.
There I met Bill, awesome guy. Showed me where unit was, showed me how the keys worked, location was very tidy. Kudos Bill.

Facility is clean, safe and has easy in/out access. We needed a storage space very short notice and were not sure how big of a space we needed so we visited in-person. The property manager, Juanita showed us a few options and assisted us to complete the rental on the spot, while providing us with outstanding customer service, and she is bilingual. The rental process was quick and the price reasonable. We highly recommend this storage property and staff.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mary, and I must say, her customer service skills are truly exceptional! From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to address my needs.
Mary’s warm demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable. She listened carefully, provided insightful recommendations, and ensured that all my questions were answered promptly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued and appreciated and better yet like family.
What stood out the most was her patience and thoroughness. Mary remained cheerful and engaged, never making me feel rushed or bothersome. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers and this property.
