I have lost thousands of dollars worth of ordered goods due to their negligence and delivering to wrong locations and nothing has been done to rectify the problem. To make the situation worse, their customer service reps speak broken English at best and assure steps are being taken to fix the issue yet the same result happens time and time again. Positive note, someone somewhere is getting all sorts of awesome stuff for free.

Great service but way pricey...$75 for an envelope to Canada.

Non delivery of supposedly delivered package. Cslked and not able no matter how many times to speak with actual person!
