Absolutely 5 star experience all around. I recently had my Tesla model 3 serviced at Firestone over the weekend, and it was the best experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop! Had an appointment at 10am as soon as I arrived I was greeted and checked in, my car was in there within 10 minutes! They established that all 4 tires needed to be replaced but instead of advising me to make a 2000+ purchase they moved it around to where I only had to replace 2 tires at the time and I would be good to drive until next week to replace the other 2! They knew I was on a time crunch and made everything so simple and time efficient I will continue to come back here and recommended all my fellow Tesla owners as well!! It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that can properly service Tesla so this place is a diamond in the ruff! Big thank you to Rhône and I believe his name was Joe up at front for amazing costumer service and exemplary care!

I've found my new tire store. This time I didn't need tires, just a safety inspection. Great customer service and I met a long time customer who echoed my sentiments. Thank you Joey I'll be back for sure.

Had to call Sheriff’s Department to retrieve my car and pay for service. Told them to cancel inspection and return my key. They refuse to let me pay and leave. Forced to call Law Enforcement.

Had an amazing experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Georgetown, TX, thanks to Paige. She went above and beyond to help me with my work order and made sure all my questions were answered clearly and promptly. Paige was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process, which simplified things. Her exceptional customer service deserves recognition—I hope her manager sees how valuable she is to the team! Highly recommend this location, especially if Paige is there to assist!

Not reputable and want to charge you more by not being direct about issues on your car. Go to Walmart it’ll be cheaper and better. This place rips you off by not telling you that getting new tires is the solution when in reality it is underlining problem that needs to be addressed and they can see what the problem is as they all have the tools to look underneath the car

The folks here are incredible. Quite frankly, I will never forget the kindness and exemplary service from Paige and Christian. I nearly blew out a tire late in the day on Saturday and there was nowhere open or available to mount my new tire, so I was panicking. I called Firestone with low expectations, as they were closing in 30 minutes. Lo and behold, Paige cheerfully told me to come on in and that they were happy to help. Five minutes later I pulled in and Christian was already waiting for me at the front of the bay. Naturally, my stubborn ol '72 pickup didn't make it easy, but that didn't deter him from getting the job done with expertise, efficiency, a great attitude. Paige and Christian -- y'all truly gave me faith in humanity yesterday. You could have easily said 'no, we can't do it today', but you didn't. That level of kindness is exceedingly rare and I am forever grateful to you both. I hope you are both met with huge amounts of good karma -- you deserve it and then some. Firestone -- give these two a raise, or something!

This particular location is horrible. I needed a patch for a flat tire. Had a 1pm appointment. I arrived around 12:15 so I could check in. There were people in front of me. No one came in to check anyone in. There was a tow truck driver that just dropped a car in the middle of the parking lot and left. When they finally got to me, well past 1 pm, they tried to convince me that I had no oil in the engine and contaminants in my brake lines, which they would gladly fix for an additional $200. I said no, because I just had my oil changed about a month prior and bled the brakes and changed the fluid about 3 months prior. Horrible customer service and scammers to boot.

We were in Gtown for helping at my mom's house when the notice for the low tire came on. We live in Belton and Sunday, the 13th, I ended up with a huge screw in my tire. We were not expecting anyone to be open at 3:20pm. on a Sunday to fix a puncture. Luckily, it was repairable vs. having to be replaced. They had me in and out in less than an hour for being a 6 with no appointment and in dire need of this to be resolved before Monday reared it's ugly head.... great customer service, even topped off all the tires with air, and very friendly.

Went in for a tire patch. The lied to me and said I had multiple holes and it wasn't going to be safe to drive if they patched it. Took it down the road to sun auto and showed me the tire off the wheel. There was only one hole that was easily capable of being patched. They patched free of charge because of what happened with Firestone. Pretty sure the tire tech just wanted to walk over to p Terry's and get a burger and didn't want to deal with it. I'll never go there again.

Waited 90 minutes when I was the only customer for a technician to confirm that my tires needed replaced due to dry rot. Then was told the tires needed to be ordered and also told me I had $4000 of "essential" repairs. I came in to have my tires replaced under warranty due to my personal mechanic noticing the dry rot.
I've emailed the below email and received no response.

Paige, was super friendly and helpful, even though she was the only one working through offie and there were a ton pf people coming and going. She handled my matter with grace and handled some other, more vocal, clients smoothly and professionally too.

I went in an hour before closing, asked if they can take off my spare and put my already fixed tire on (willing to pay). He said no because everyone was gone and he was the only one there. Why send everyone home if you are going to stay open and can't service anyone??? It only takes 5 min to take a tire off and put back on ??♂️.

Let me start by saying that this is my second time visiting this location. Shoutout to Chris and his crew, who I dropped my car off with early in the morning in the drop box, along with instructions to replace my alternator, since I was told by an auto parts store that it was bad. Instead of simply following my instructions, Chris performed a charging diagnostic and discovered that my alternator was actually good, while my battery was bad. Despite quoting me $746.00 to replace my Alternator Chris chose to be honest with me. I truly appreciate his honesty, as it's difficult to find a trustworthy place to take your car. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. Thx Chris

They said it's not the hub bearing problem since they inspected my car, and they told me it might be the transmission problem. And charged for the inspection. However, I come to the dealer shop, and it says it's a bearing problem. Disappointed about unprofessional service.
