Very bad customer service and I have been with them for years now I do not recommend them for anyone I changed bank cause of the bad experience I had with them.

I have been with this bank for quite a while and the customer service was always great. New associates from time to time but alway nice and polite. Long lines due to the time of day you arrive but that's normal. Most people get irritated and surely not patient at all. I'm a very satisfied customer. Never a dull moment when I'm there. Thanks to all of you! ❤?

If I could give 0 stars definitely would rude service not helpful wants customers to pay for tellers mistake and absolutely does nothing to help anyone branch manager needs to learn how to train her tellers to count and do their job. Cancelling my account ASAP

Bank would not let me deposit local check into my account ...that is crazyness ...guess masks keeping employees from receiving oxygen or something ...if need banking needs done at bank ...lol ? you have been warned good luck lol ??

Waiting in line with 1 lady in front and 3 people behind me... they told the third lady behind me that they will go ahead and help her ... WE ALL HAVE REASONS TO BE AT THE BANK AND HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO AS WELL .. why couldn’t the Hispanic lady that was last in line wait just like we had been waiting... been waiting for 20 minutes before they helped that last lady

I can't really express enough how well their customer Services are! No matter the time or day busy are slow they treat each customer with awesome professionalism. I'll never go to another bank ever! I'm extremely happy and refer them all the time to friends and family!

Both of the managers at this location are discriminating and rude I was told to “take my business back to austin “ they would not cash my check or release any of the funds even if cleared for a full 7 days because my company had switched payroll companies. This bank steals from you, worst customer service when you call no one really bows protocol i had to correct many customer agents on what they say because i knew it was wrong information. Both my accounts have got money stole from and they try to give you the run around i caught a Russia account taking money with in the hr so i called and the literally told me i had to wait until the money went through so $36.10 charged 12 times is not suspicious at all? Or the fact that it was to an address that has link online for scams? Both my accounts where jepordized personal and business one and it's been at least a month and a half and i haven't got my business card in the mail which i have been having to use my personal card to make business purchases (this will be another problem I'm going to have to fix with my taxes) so i called today again they have charged me an over draft fee weekly because i have funds in my business one but i don't have a business card to use so I'm using my personal and transferring my money to the personal one it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't i even have screen shots they still won't refund although i have the funds on an account that because they haven't send my card i can't use.... as I'm on the phone today for the 8th time with them in the past month and a Gladis the supervisor is telling me no one has proceeded to order my debit cards for my personal and business account so now i have to wait a whole two other weeks to get in my cards. Stay away from this bank! No security with your funds and they get overdraft friendly with every opportunity although you have funds one account.

I been a customer of first convenience bank for a long time, i usually use the cedar park location were they have great people and the best customers service, but it happens the i was in this location today 11-25 they close at 4pm i was literally one minute late and one of the bank representative scream at me sir we are close it's 4:01 rude as can be too bad i didn't get her name , and not planning in going back to this location, very disappointed they need to teach them how to treat customers
