I have banked at credit unions and national banks and thought a small town bank would be a great step to try something more personal. Boy was I wrong! From my first meeting and being mislead about the transfer money steps which caused me to pay my first months rent late all the way to today, 5 months later and I feel completely insulted by Gilbert (manager of some sort). He was very rude and passive aggressive with his "customer service" I have never felt so horrible after speaking to a banker. He made me feel everything was my fault and it wasn't. The online banking app has many flaws ans when you bring it to their attention, they make you feel stupid and as if you couldnt be right in any way. I know what I saw on my end of my mobile banking app and instead of helping me figure out why or how the info was missing, he told me that everyone in the office checked their apps and arent having any issues with it (which he left me on hold for over 10 minutes to do so). I let him know of my concerns with his lack of good customer service and he basically laughed in my face and said thanks have a good day and hung up. I will be switching banks asap! I will not use a bank that not only has poor technology in their online banking but I REFUSE to give my business to companies who treat people like that!
