Set up an appointment for an estimate on having wood floors put in and tile in the bathrooms and they where a no show and now call on telling me what was going on. So I’d say pass on this place. Sadly we had to use them again since our home builder hired them to do some repair work so we set an appointment but this time they where not prepared to do the work even after setting it weeks in advance, they call the day of the appointment to reschedule. They think you just have time to take off work and sit around only for them to reschedule on you. Do not waits your money or time with this places.

My husband and I had a great experience with Floor King. Heidi helped us so much with finding the perfect carpet for us and with answering all of our questions. Eric came by our house to look at our stairs so he could better answer our additional questions. We now have beautiful carpet for our spiral staircase that was done very well. Highly recommend!

My wife and I decided that we needed to get rid of our worn out contractor grade carpet. I studied several different companies and invited three in to give us their spiel. One gave us options that were no better than what we had. Another never got back to me with a question I had. Heidi by far was the best. She presented us with all our options and explained the process. She communicated well and was very helpful. When the time came for the install Manuel was great also. His crew was professional and moved all of our furniture. After moving everything back he even asked if we wanted anything else moved. Wow! I highly recommend Floor King for a great and professional experience.

We had an urgent request to replace carpet with LVP flooring so that we could move into our new home on time. Debbie was awesome in locating the product, delivery ahead of promised date and arranged the installation. Aurelio to had just the right crew to complete everything in one day. Great job by everyone. We were able to start moving in early! Thanks!

Caitlin from Floor King has gone above and beyond to accomodate our request. We have original wood floors from 17 years ago and additional flooring from 7 years ago. The matching of the wood at that time was difficult. And now we need more wood and it is equally difficult if not more difficult to match. Caitlin has been very professional and resourceful and has been trying hard to find the best match. All done with a very pleasant attitude. We appreciate her efforts very much.

Floor King did such a good job on our last flooring install that we decided to use them again on 2 more flooring replacements. Our Sales Consultant, Debbie Moore, took great care of us once again from scheduling to completion of the jobs! Nelsvic and his crew did a very good job of removing the old tile and installing wood and LVT. The crew went above and beyond to keep things clean during the tile removal and then did a good job of cleaning up at job completion. No small task when dealing with busting out tile. We will continue to use Floor King on any subsequent flooring projects based on their continued level of service. Many thanks to Debbie for her extraordinary customer service!

We used Floor King in Georgetown for a remodel that included bathroom and kitchen tile as well as luxury vinyl flooring. Debbie Moore was our design representative and Al and his team completed the job. I am very happy with the completed job. They work with you until you are completely satisfied. In a week we start a second flooring job and will use Floor King and Debbie’s team again. Give them a try.
