Absolutely amazing service and kind, knowledgeable staff. It was my first time ever going to a dry cleaners so I didn’t know what to expect.
I took my vintage wedding dress and my fiance’s button up to get pressed. Prior to dropping it off, I was nervous due to my wedding being less than two weeks away. I expressed my concerns about the dress and they took it all into account. A few days later I got the call that the dress was ready for pick up. They also wanted to see if I was satisfied with the press, and if not, they could fix it. Once I stepped into the cleaners and saw my dress, I was overjoyed. It was absolutely perfect!!!
Thank you Gary for helping me on the phone, and THANK YOU to the women that worked on my dress. Thank you for the hard work that you all do. I will definitely be coming back. ♡

If you go to Georgetown Cleaners, and hope to get same day service, be sure to set your clock forward 4 minutes to match their computers time. Arrived this morning at 8:57, employee approached my car at 8:58 and informed me her computer says 9:02 so my clothes won't be ready until Monday evening. Horrible customer service if you ask me.

Georgetown Cleaners has been a little hidden treasure! I like to promote local business when possible and have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I especially appreciate the drive thru capability. I work from my car quite a bit and the staff opens the door and places hung garments in the car. In late June, I took my comforter in for wash and dry service. I also took in some men's shirts the next week for ironing. When we went to get the items we were told the shirts were ready but not the comforter. The girl ran to the back and returned with a comforter in an untagged bag. She couldn't confirm if it was ours. We took the shirts. The entire month of July I have been calling this business constantly with no answer to check on the status of my comforter. Today I finally get an answer from the the business and the employee who answered the phone, sounded like she was in a hurry. She was sassy, rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to talk and told me that our comforter had been ready for over a month .I asked her why didn't she call us and tell us, she said we don't call customers and tell them when their orders are ready it is on the receipt when they bring their items in . It is true. They do give you a date on your receipt when you take the items in, however in this instance, our item was not ready when they told us it would be.I asked her how much is the cost for our comforter, she responded so fast I didn't understand what she said. Up until now I have always received very nice respectable service from this place but after today, we will no longer be using this particular cleaners for any of our items.

The past two times I've picked up my clothes have come back "dry cleaned" smelling awful - like mildew and sweat - very disgusting. I've spent thousands of dollars here and I'm switching ASAP. Yuck!

After moving back here in 2010, it took many years to find a dry cleaner that met my needs. FINALLY I found Georgetown Cleaners on Williams Drive in Georgetown. They are not only friendly and welcoming, but are efficient and affordable. Other dry cleaners, the big names in particular, are so much more expensive!! And why? They perform the same exact services, why such a higher cost? Georgetown Cleaners is the BEST. You should give them a try.. You won't be disappointed. PS - I am NOT related to anyone there and I am not being compensated in any way to write this. I am just a very happy customer.

I’d called and asked for a price to dry clean my custom made fabric shower curtain. Was told they’d treat it as a drapery panel. It was laundered instead and damaged so badly hat the repairs cost us $80. Thinking the owner, Kevin, would do the right thing and reimburse us for the two costs, we’ve tried three times to reach him and even texted our receipts but he doesn’t respond!! Do not use this company if you value your items because they do not!!

Up until this very moment, I would have given them three or four stars. They have increasingly grown more careless with their work. I gave them one last chance, and took clothes to them that I need for tomorrow. When I went by today, they were locked up with no sign on the door. When I tried to call, the number kept simply hanging up. I can safely say that, when I finally get my clothes from them, I will be done with them.

Ask to get a stain out of pants, they charge me for it and didn't even attempt to get the stain out. When I picked up my pants they said well I marked. I'm glad you marked it, because that's what gets stains out. I also asked for light starch and it looks like they don't even put an iron to my clothes much less starch them. I have given this place many opportunities, but never again.
