Ryan went above and beyond to help me with my new QX80. Im used to driving German cars but due to the amazing crash test ratings on the new QX80 I made the switch to Infiniti. I loved the car so much I literally bought 2 new QX80’s one for myself and one for my wife. Absolutely awesome experience he even came out to the house to train me on the car and delivered my second one to me directly. 5 stars!

We came in at closing time on a Saturday and Paul didn’t show any frustrations and was great throughout the week that it took to close the deal. He was a perfect mix of attentive, but not abrasive. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Paul at Georgetown Infiniti.

I am one happy new car owner!!! Ryan was just fabulous during our quest for a new car. He displayed keen knowledge, about the car and took such wonderful care for us as his customer. Chris in finance was also wonderful. I especially liked how he made sure we followed all the warranty detail information. 2 great guys providing us impeccable customer service . I love my new QX80!!! These guys are the best! Called over the phone about a car I was interested in. We made deal in route to them, and they kept their word! By the time I got there, they had papers ready to sign, keys in hand, and vehicle ready for me to test drive and take home. Truly made this experience one remember.

Lack of communication with employees. We tried to buy a used car and we had a pre-agreement and a scheduled appointment and when we got to the appointment they had already sold it to another customer . But the service of Paul was excellent.
