Jose has done wonders cleaning up the receiving area of this location. He is personable and genuinely interested in helping customers.

this goodwil is ridiculous. My 5 year old came to the toys section, she was searching and playing around with the toys. the employee/ manager, whoever you were, came and told her NOT to do that. Are you for real? i will not come here anymore.

Great service Goodwill is providing the community . Also prices are good so that we can all afford to buy items at a discount.

This is the MOST neat and tidy Goodwill I have ever been in! The toys are organized. The shoes are organized. The racks are straightened, the floors are clean and AC works great. They even have a dressing room, where many of the stores have gotten rid of them. I complimented the staff and they said they won an award for best presentation within the Goodwills. Deserved!

Theyve got a decent selection for women's clothes. But I'd suggest always asking about tag colors during sales.

Love the location of this goodwill but never in my 25 years of shopping at goodwill have I seen such ridiculous high unnecessary prices for such used mediocre items. I shop at goodwill religiously amongst other thrift stores and have been doing so weekly for years. I've been into this store 5 times and walked out in disbelief every single time. $15.99 for a pair of dirty used sneakers. 18.99 for some old crusty hard cowboy boots and all the name brand Nike running shorts that were very used are over 8 dollars. I go to goodwill down the road in another city and the same but newer shorts are 3-4 bucks, Levi jeans for 6.99. This location really needs to reevaluate their prices before they have to shut this location down. Most people I know won't go here or donate here because of this .

Wish the store was a little better organized and clothes were kept up better. Sizes were all mixed up.

Absolute scammers and completely unprofessional. They lady working was a liar and changed the price ! The lady rang it up and it was half off as it was marked with a blue tag and then their system went down so I waited patiently for 45+ minutes until they re booted their system and then when she rang it up she goes “oh the price changed, on my screen it shows full price 49.99” when it was 24.99 the first time ! I still bought it because I spent over an hour there and wanted the item but totally unprofessional and outrageous! Even though I pointed out that 45 minutes earlier it was half off and she acknowledged that she still charged me full price ! Totally ridiculous!

Neither Good will or the Caring Place care about the poor. In other cities they leave collection bins available after hours or on weekends. In other cities they will come and pick up furniture and clothing. In this city the citizens have to pay or take their goods in themselves. Screw that. I'm throwing into the trash perfectly usable things so these frauds don't sell it and because there is no place to put anything on the weekend when the public has time to take these items in. I wouldn't be surprised at any chicanery these bums use when pricing their goods. Who cares about charity in a town like this. The municipal trucks could be used to collect things. Churches could organize a volunteer pick up. These people won't get off their ass for anyone.

Weird place, I used to stop by regularly because it was close to one of my work places but I had too many uncomfortable experiences that made me feel unsafe. Once had an old woman yell at me from across the store asking if she could help me, claim to be security, and accuse me of allegedly following some girls (or women) who had apparently left the store before me. The employee who rang me up claimed that she was not, in fact, hired by Goodwill and that she was just a regular. Management was not helpful.

The young men that help unload are great. Super helpful, quick, and easy to chat with. The manager is a different story. He is rude, incompetent, and doesnt want to work.

Item looked as if it was .49. It's a thrift store and my first time there in years . The price was put on where It did look like 49 but you have to turn the tag completely over to see the 10 for a total price of 10.49. I told them I was confused and thought it was .49 when I was still at the register and they would not refund me which I felt was wrong. Also, no bags were offered which again. Seems rude but I'm old fashioned and like the seniors, I use them for trash bags in my home and car so some people do recycle them. Also, there was an extremely long line and I have trouble standing for long periods ( I pushed myself anf had to "slump" over the basket to keep from being in pain or falling) I noticed another lady having trouble and she said she had trouble standing that long too. I had a bad experience. If you don't mind not getting a bag and double check the prices because the tags are tricky and can stand in line for a very long time. It's an ok place. For myself, I won't go back!! Bad experience. There were 2bother people standing up front and only 1 cashier working, long line and not very friendly worjers..they were not understanding at all.

It benefits a good cause. There's something there on the shelves that anyone can use. It deserves our patronage.
