Bad business management, bad customer services, bad quality, bad experience.
My sons hair cut was very uneven and not at all what he asked for. My service was short and chaotic. A stylist called a manager over for help and they were both chopping at my hair. After about 5 minutes, I had to end the service after they gave me “oops my toddler got the scissors” bangs.
Naturally, I called in for a refund, at least for the service that wasn’t finished.
Over the phone I was told, we would be getting refunds. Yay!
We arrived to collect the refunds and were told, they “don’t give refunds”. Boo.
I was given the number of an off location manager/owner and she offered me 3 free haircuts instead of a refund.
During that visit another manager tried to fix my hair. She was so sweet and comforting and really tried her best but ultimately said my hair was unfixable. She told me she notated my account with the free haircuts and would advocate for me to get a refund.
When I called to redeem the free haircuts, I was told, there was NO mention of the free haircuts or notes about my experience on my account.
And shocker, everyone I spoke to originally about my problem had “all quit”.
A majority of employees I spoke to had bad attitudes and were hostile, and dismissive.
There seems to be no accountability and I’m certainly never returning.

I have gotten a haircut by Laure all she did was give me a trim, but the thing is it’s too short I wanted 3 inches off and it looks way more than that. Also, she didn’t give me long layers as I wanted. Her attitude was disrespectful as well

They refused cutting my hair after waiting for about 45 minutes and nobody spoke a word to me. Even when I was leaving the employees said nothing to me. They were happy when they saw me leave. Guess what despite the fact that I got a text on my phone saying am next on Deck but that never happened. I finally left without a hair cut. This place needs to be screened

I came to cut my hair and they refused to cut my hair. They did not care because I guess I …….. I stood in the cue for ever and yet finally left without getting a hair cut. Despite the fact that I got a message on my phone saying that am next on Deck , but was never called to get a hair cut. very poor and improper service by the employees .This place needs to be inspected the location at Williams drive. All the workers did not care

I went to Great clips at Wolf ranch, but the lady was too afraid to cut my hair so I went to the other Great clips off of Williams. The lady knew exactly what I wanted and did it and it took very little time and my hair looks great. If a customer tells you they want a pixie darn it and give them a pixie!

This location is terrible and the people that work there are not nice and do not care to give you a good experience. They clearly hate their jobs and it shows in the work that they provide. Go to the wolf ranch one or the one by randalls they are way nicer and listen to what the client wants.

A coupon brought me, and nothing will ever bring me back.
I checked in online an hour prior to getting there. When we got there, both ladies were finishing their clients and we were the #1 and #2 on the wait television that’s posted for all customers to see. They asked our names and if we checked in online, in which we replied our name and yes. They then proceeded to call the two clients after us on check in. When I asked if they didn’t hear our check in names, they replied “you’ll be next.” We were waiting for some time after, however we decided to leave when one of the two hair stylists wasn’t even working on her client. She was standing with her arm on the chair having a full blown conversation with the woman she was working on. Lack of procedures, multi tasking and organization are the reasons I will not ever come back to this location.

Horrible customer service by Tammy, very rude and not professional. Making comments saying “we’re not barbers so don’t expect a lot” with attitude as well as tapping nails to rush us when paying because I was looking for my coupon code and she let out a big sigh while doing it. She also left my haircut choppy but there’s no surprise there! Definitely don’t recommend and Tammy needs a reality check asap!
