I asked for angle on both sides and layers. I told her what I wanted and showed photos. One side was nice smooth angle but other side was is choppy. I asked for top layers to be a bit shorter then she did, I didnt realize until I left back wasn't very layered. I didnt speak up because I I didnt want her to keep cutting if she just messed it up more. Im mostly disappointed with the choppy side, theres not much I can do with it. I was hoping for a nice haircut to wear down now with cooler temps but I'll have to wear up until it grows out so theres more to start to cut. If stylist is unsure about cutting the same angles on both sides of face, then they should speak up though one time young lady did and the older grumpy one that took over, didnt listen at all. I should find the money to spend a little more. Might be worth it since its been almost a year since I was happy with my Great Clips hair cut.

I have been going here for years. Cuts are always hit or miss. Last one a total miss. She took a total of 2 min. To cut my hair. Disregarded what I always had before.wrll at least it is so short I won't have to go back for a year.

Won’t be coming back. A different person everytime. Today asking for the same cut that’s in my records, and she gives me a skinhead. Wow! Unacceptable.
This was the last straw. I’m done with Great Clips. It’s worth the extra money to go somewhere else and get a proper, consistent cut.

I got a great haircut at the salon. The girl who cut my hair listened to what I said and cut it perfectly. I’m very pleased !

This would be the second time. And I have gone to this location first time horrible haircut manager saw the new person was not doing a great job and fixed it. This is the second time I went got the same person again you figure after a couple months she knew how to do a fade did not learn horrible experience no manager to fix anything, and I just walked out just so disappointed in the service

Stylist was upset I didn't know technique used to cut hair. Clip size etc. extremely rude. As if it were my fault because I had not had a haircut in 8 weeks. Serious attitude- enough to walk out with no cut. Manager tried to be helpful but stylist wasn't interested. First time I ever left a salon. That was a new experience.

Danielle did a great job after I explained to her that I was attending a wedding in a week, and I needed a special "gentleman's cut." She took the time to do most of the cutting with scissors, as she said that would give me an even consistent length. She even trimmed my eyebrows without me asking. Over all, I had a good experience at this location (Oak Meadows Marketplace) with Danielle.

I take my son here to get his hair cut. They always do a great job and MOST of the time, the ladies are extremely sweet and friendly. Once we got one that was not rude, but not very friendly with him (he's 4 and loves to talk). My daughter and I have also had our hair cut here and they did a great job!

Among the top 5 worst haircuts I’ve had in many years. Requested to take off about 3/4 “ cut and they proceeded to scalp me. I asked to keep my length in front and they chopped off at least an inch. The top is very short and doesn’t lay down well. I prefer scissors only cut and they used clippers to mow down the sides.They admitted they used the wrong comb length and apologized. Will avoid this particular haircutter on future visits.

I get a great haircut there but i don't get any coupons anymore and i may have to look for another haircut facility as the cost is too high. Maybe you could send me a coupon once in a while.
