Replaced sights on my Glock 26 in under 20mins for a very affordable price on a Saturday! Customer service was excellent and informed me on everything that was done to my gun. Will definitely be back!

Came in from out of town to check out some guns, and the guys were really nice. As a small female who isn't exponentially knowledgeable about every type of firearm that exists, I'm learning and I felt like the guys really understood that and I didn't feel like they judged me for it. Learned a lot in just a short time. Would come here again 100%

I had an awful experience with Guns Plus in Georgetown. After purchasing a firearm online and selecting them as my FFL, I couldn't pass the background check due to my immigration status. I called the shop multiple times throughout the process, always keeping them updated. Each time, they were friendly and understanding, assuring me that my firearm was safe and that there were no issues or fees for leaving it with them. I even specifically asked about any potential fees, and they assured me there were none.
However, when my immigration status was resolved and I went to pick up my firearm, everything changed. They couldn't even tell me where my firearm was, whether they sold it or returned it to the online store. The owner then claimed that the stocking fee exceeded the firearm's value, so they kept it, which I understand but this was never mentioned during any of my calls. Their attitude turned completely unprofessional, and I felt scammed. This shop offers terrible customer service and poor communication.
Avoid them at all costs.

I've been here several times. The staff is incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. I've interacted with most of the folks that work here, and have always been impressed by their kindness and expertise. I will be back soon.

Did a gun transfer from NY to a Texas resident. They were very helpful and everything went quite seamlessly. Very informative bunch of workers with a good sense of humor and vast knowledge. Thanks guys, wish NY was this simple.

Guns Plus is the go-to gun shop in Georgetown. I have purchased most of my firearms here and I have been completely satisfied with their products and customer service.
I always recommend my customers, family, and friends to trust Stephen, Kyle, Adam, Shawn, Marco and all the other staff members I may have left off the list. Good bunch of guys who know their guns.

I brought my Romanian PSL-54c to get a full customization on it because I didn't like the way it looked. So I took it to Guns Plus in Georgetown to get the work done. I talked to Kyle Simank who was the gentleman that did the work on it, and he did an amazing job and it was everything I wanted and more. I'll have before and after pictures to show the amazing job he did. I would highly recommend him to do any customization job on any firearms.

Been here a couple times and it's the best gun store I've been too that's close to me , selection is good, have plenty of guns and ammunition. The people there are very chill people , I had talk to Gabe and he help me finish my purchase for a rifle , very nice people , I will be definitely coming back and I definitely recommend others to come here for great service!

Spent close to $2500 on a shotgun, ammunition, supplies & shooting lessons with Guns Plus in Georgetown, Texas in October & November, 2023. Since then, have received horrendous customer service with a "couldn't care less" attitude from them by telephone & been treated disrespectfully & patronizingly. Repeated calls to Kyle Simanek, son of the owners & the owners themselves have gone unanswered & no return calls have been made by them. There are other quality gun shops that pride themselves on customer service so my recommendation is to avoid this place. I certainly will...Update 1/31/23 in reply to the owners reply below to my review above: the first sentence of theirs is a gross exaggeration & untruth on the part of the owner & further, while it is true that I did cancel an order (& by the way, you might take care to properly & accurately spell my last name which is "Hogge", not "Hoagie"), that is ALL I did which is my perogative as a customer. I never, ever screamed at your employees in so doing & never said that I wouldn't shop at your store anymore. Your allegations as to extra instructors are true to an extent but the WHOLE truth is I paid for instruction with just one instructor. Kyle Simanek & never asked nor expected, nor was ever told prior to the training that two additional instructors would show up. The other allegations are completely false. I did ask in several callbacks (to which Sean can attest) politely, civilly and quite reasonably (again which Sean can attest to) for a return call to discuss this experience & other potential orders, & which I have never received. I therefore stand by my review 100% & wouldn't think of going back to your store & will let everyone I know about this & will relate this to the Better Business Bureau of Georgetown as well as the Chamber of Commerce. You are a disgrace in so far as truth & customer service is concerned, so "buyer beware" with regard to Guns Plus of Georgetown, Texas ~ you can do much better somewhere else. This place needs a grand remedial lesson on what truly constitutes "...stellar value & customer service."

My wife and I recently visited the store to purchase a new pistol for her to conceal carry. she was looking at a variety of pistols and was taking her time. the associate working the counter was very patient and instructive, he showed her a variety of compact automatics and walked her through each one. he spent at least 45 minutes with us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. he offered a variety of pointers and helpful demonstrations which helped her choose one she was comfortable with. This was not our first purchase with this store, and yes they are slightly higher on some things but the service more than made up for that! I believe the employee went by Martin... So shout out to him for the help, and to Kyle and family for running a great business!
