I've been using HEB as my pharmacy for quite a while. They've always been helpful, considerate, professional & speedy considering the huge customer populations they serve at each store.Today, I called because the prescriptions ordered upon my hospital discharge for kidney stones weren't all due to be available for a few hours. The tech who took my call immediately understood my need & pain level (anyone who's had kidney stones can relate) & put a rush on the meds. I know how busy Saturdays are at HEB, especially my awesome Williams Drive location. So I truly appreciate that she responded so kindly. Only an hour wait for pain relief.I love my HEB. I really do.

I haven't always had great experiences here, but Erika is the one who answered the phone today and she payed wonderful attention to me, enough to be able to answer my questions all at once without having to ask for any of my personal info again. This is the first time in the last few years that this has happened, so I hope she gets recognized for her service! She is worth keeping as an employee!

Absolutely the rudest guy that answers the phone. Very disrespectful, rushed and a complete a$$. You can tell he hates his job. Won't be back.

I would give this negative one star if possible. The worst experience you can imagine. They obviously hire people who do not care, and the management has no desire to manage the process. Multiple people standing around doing nothing while lines stretch into the grocery store. Complete inefficiency at the drive-through window. Please do not, put your prescription here. You will regret it. Any place is better.

I will start to call them when I am 3 to 4 days away from being out of my high blood pressure medication and will still won’t get it until I am out and after my dr and myself call in numerous times. Their automated system show in process but never changes to show filled. This was the last time I run out of medication with HEB.

I have tried this pharmacy three times. The service is less than adequate. Today Mayra helped me. First she could not find my prescriptions, to the point of me having to write down my information and hand it to her so she could search for it. They called me and told me it was ready. I then asked her to put one of my prescriptions on auto refill, which she didn't seem to have the ability to do. When I told her never mind this is way too hard, she said OK.It took me 15 minutes to pick up two refills, and I did not wait in line. I'm moving my business to another pharmacy.

The level of incompetence at this pharmacy is astounding, the pharmacist and workers are rude and unprofessional and obviously hate their job. Walmart provides better service than these jokers. Taking my business elsewhere.

Stocks are limited, lost a lot of variety items we loved over the last few years. Which made us have to venture to other stores to get those items.

We just left the Williamson Drive HEB in Georgetown. Wonderful experience all around. Went to pick up 8 live lobsters for a birthday celebration. Robert in seafood department was great selecting the size lobsters we desired. Packed them for our trip back to Fredericksburg. Tee in the self checkout helped us by standing at our side as she had to override the computer each scan as computer didn't understand we weren't going to put them in a bag. Great customer service all around, congratulations on an epic experience!!!

They have some process for refilling 90 day prescriptions that they will not explain. The rude lady on phone explained that I was possibly stock piling since I am renewing 15 days in advance. There phone system continues to tell me each time they have to call doctor when my prescription bottle says I have refills.

I have been a very happy HEB customer all my long life, but this store is the worst. The aisles are always crowded by staff that are stocking the shelves during prime shopping times. I guess other stores must stock shelves overnight because I have never seen so many employees stocking. The young cashiers do a good job, but seem to be more interested in socializing with each other than speaking to customers. I hope the opening of the new store near Wolf Ranch will ease the traffic in this store.

We've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. They're always busy and you can count on standing in a line. Only one register is ever open out of the 4 available. Do not expect proactive communication from them either. If they don't have a medication in stock and it happens to be on backorder, they won't call to let you know... crickets from them.
