The worst pharmacy I’ve ever come across! Will cancel prescriptions without any kind of notice as to why. To being told they sell items they in fact DO NOT SELL. The pharmacist was very apologetic, but their employees will keep me from returning.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carol at the HEB pharmacy! She went above and beyond to assist me, making what could have been a challenging experience feel seamless and stress-free. Carol was not only kind, patient, and thorough but also incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cared about my concerns. She took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I left with confidence and peace of mind.
What truly sets Carol apart is her warm smile and positive attitude. Every interaction with her is uplifting! HEB is lucky to have someone who embodies such compassion and dedication. Thank you, Carol, for being amazing!

This pharmacy is unprofessional and clearly does not communicate with each other I came to pick up my medication and they kept telling me it will be there the next morning the next morning the next morning and it never is I had been 4 days since I’ve gotten medications that I NEED because of them do NOT send your medications this way if it’s something vital to your internal organs

I spoke to some lady over the phone about a prescription that was ready. On my app it didn’t show which one was ready so I called to ask. She then tells me I need to come in and verify my insurance and I tell her I have Covid and want to do contactless, she then laughs at me and ask for a number on my card which I didn’t understand what she said. She then proceeds to laugh about it again, saying oh people always have a hard time finding that number. She then runs my insurance and says oh we don’t cover your insurance not specifying that the one prescription in my list isn’t covered with insurance. Well the prescription she was talking about wasn’t the one I was and tells me well it’s $350 without insurance again not specifying which one when the one I wanted is covered by insurance and I’ve picked it up before from there no problem. It was for my asthma inhaler which I really needed but instead of communicating what prescription we were talking about she just kept cutting me off saying no we don’t take that insurance. Who ever is answering that phone she is so rude and has so much attitude it makes me not even want to go back to fill my prescription but yet they are the only one that actually take me insurance. Super frustrating experience and I hope that women there learns how to talk to people over the phone and not be so rude and condescending.

I had a very negative experience with customer service at HEB pharmacy. When I went to pick up my prescription, the woman working there told me it wasn't ready or even in the system. I showed her the text message confirmation and the call log from Heb pharmacy, but she still didn't believe me. This was incredibly frustrating. I had to return later and speak with someone else, who was then able to easily find my profile and prescription. This whole situation made me feel like the first lady staff member I encountered was racially biased toward non-white. It was clearly visible.

Some of the most compassionate and patient pharmacists I have met. I am sure they all recognize me with how often I ask for consultation, but they always answer all my questions and leave me feeling confident and knowledgeable about my medications.I can go straight from my doctor's office and have my meds ready by the time I get there.

They are nice but so, so, so slow. Like, so slow.I even prepay for mine on the app….. sooooooo slow. They will say excuses like, oh, it was in another basket, or, it was hiding underneath a bunch of others… I even had someone say, Sorry that took so long. There’s a bunch of drama going on in the back .Wouldn’t mind if this didn’t happen, every single time I went to pick up medication.They’re so close, so I hate to go back to Walgreens

I called to refill my prescription on a Wednesday. The following week on Monday I called to inquire why it wasn’t filled yet. The rep informed me that they didn’t have that medication in stock and I’d have to drive to a store 35 minutes away to get it as they were the closest ones with the medication. I asked where the store was located and she replied, “I don’t know Google it.”I asked why I didn’t get a call that they couldn’t fill my prescription and she said, “I don’t know, someone should have called you.” I then asked if she could at least transfer my prescription to the other location and she said, “no you’ll have to call them and figure it out with them.”

Everyone is very nice! Very customer service oriented. Sometimes there's a super long wait at the drive through but definitely prefer this location and the pharmacy here compared to the wolf lakes location.

Please don’t send a text message that my prescription will be put back in 3 days, when I go to pick up the same day and it’s already put back. Be more accurate with your messaging. It’s very inconvenient.

We’ve had good experiences with this pharmacy! They have almost always been prompt in getting our prescription and letting us know when it’s ready. Everyone has always been nice as well!
