I had two separate encounters with Mayra at the pharmacy window. Both were not pleasant. She was having a difficult time finding my account (understandable-I was patient) instead of asking someone else for help she rudely told me to get out of line. I called the pharmacy directly and the confusion was quickly resolved. When I returned and provided the instructions to Mayra (that I was given over the phone and told to relay) she was audibly annoyed and let out a long sigh. Customers can also see you through the window and your obvious annoyance. She returned and sent my medication without any sort of apology for the confusion or attitude. I get it she might be new and confusion happens, but there’s no need to treat paying customers like that.

There’s a very nice young man who works here and is always so pleasant, helpful, and kind. Truly makes an anxious process (insurance and whatnot for meds) much smoother. 10/10 pharmacy tech thanks so much!

They never can give your medicine on time and when you ask the front desk why I have to come back for my med twice and it’s still not ready, they’ve like “I don’t know.”

Rude and probably the longest transaction time I have ever had in my life. After the insanely long time it took to pay and receive a prescription the pharmacist wouldn’t let me leave before a consultation even though I take the same medication for years. I will drive a little further to go to another HEB. How can a simple business like a pharmacy get so many bad reviews?

Got fed up with CVS and Walgreens making errors. HEB Pharmacy off I35 and University Ave In Georgetown is doing much better. The 2-lane drive-thru is typically slow, but I guess they’re being more conscientious about filling your prescriptions according to doctor’s orders, and do not hand you a refill in a previous dosage instead of a new one that is now a different dosage than in the past.

8:17am and I can't get anybody in the bakery to wait on me. I wanted to place an order for a retirement cake. Guess I'll go somewhere else. The other HEB is short staffed otherwise I'd be going there, they're always ready to wait on the customer.

There’s probably 2 people who know how to smile in this pharmacy, just 2 people know what customer service mean, Jesse is a great person, Johnathan as well, the rest probably they need to be coached on how to interact with customers and listen carefully for their need and try to work with them instead of giving attitude and rolling eyes, I only asked them to use a coupon I had which will save me a 75$, it took them like 30 minutes back and forth with attitude

Staff and pharmacist are Very rude and have extremely poor communication skills. I have a 7 day window to pick up my Acutane, otherwise Ipledge will penalize me and make me start the program all over again. I was told my script would be ready in an hour by a staff member. I went to pick it up 5 hours later and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday because they had to order it. A courtesy call would’ve been great. The cashier looked at me with a blank stare and pointed to the picture on the wall and said “Jesse did that”, so I assume Jesse’s responsible for the screw up. I call Monday morning and they tell me it won’t arrive there until after 2pm. I ask for delivery and they want to charge me $7.95 for delivery. Where’s the customer service?? It’s not about the $7.95, it’s the about making it right with your customer. I spoke with Daniel the pharmacist and he tells me “I wasn’t here Friday so I don’t know what happened”. Very poor customer service skills. I’m now two days away from my pick up window. I can’t believe this pharmacy has been able to keep any customers after reading all the poor reviews.

Don’t expect them to take less than 20 minutes for each customer in the drive through. I have never spent less than 45 minutes in this line regardless of how many cars are in the line. VERY SLOW!

5 April 24 - stall 1 -9:20AM: Retraining needed. No greeting at all. Proceeded to clean her station for a few minutes, before acknowledging my existence. Curt, terse questioning. Very npc like. I miss the customer service that HEB had when I was younger. ?
