HEB has gone absolutely crazy with their stores they are way too big. It's like running a marathon to get from the vegetables to the eggs. Sometimes simplicity is better. I sure do miss the small store from across the street and so do a lot of the older folks that have a hard time making that 2 mi walk from the vegetables to the eggs. The world might think about toning it down just a little bit bigger is not always better. I'll only go to the store when I absolutely have to if Aldi's does not have what I'm looking for and 90% of the time I don't need to go to HEB.

This is definitely an older H‑E‑B with the old store feel. In a good neighborhood, you’d think they’d remodel. The staff were all nice, but the store was pretty crowded at the registers. I think it would serve them well to have a couple more cashiers. All in all, not a bad store. H‑E‑B is my favorite!

HEB is fabulous! Always enjoy visiting to get back to HEB. Great produce, great HEB branded food, wonderful butcher shop, and solid pricing. My only complaint is their craft beer selection isn't great.

I love HEB and their app. Once in awhile my wife sends me out with a short list of things I don't usually buy. At HEB I just bring up their app and set it to in-store shopping. Then I search for what she wants and it pops up on the screen with a picture and the aisle where I can find it. If that doesn't do the trick HEB pickers or employees are close at hand and always happy to help.

This is a great HEB. I use them for my pharmacy needs also. The pharmacy is quite crowded, but that's probably because they have great prices. I love branded products like Mi teinda, and their brand of dog food is the only kind my dog will eat.

I was super unhappy with the deli department this evening but even more with the manager that I complained to. I told her that the 2 ladies working there would not quit talking to each other. Just yapping yapping yapping over my cheese and cold cuts. I told the manager and she defended them 100%. The manager , (some young woman with a nose piercing and hair up in a ponytail) said that they were supposed to be talking to each other because one was in training. And that it was ok. It is NOT ok for them to be spraying God knows what all over my food. That meat and cheese is for my granddaughter's lunches. That really infuriated me. The manager just smirked at me and said , if that's all you need you have a great evening and turned and walked away. I could tell she was being sarcastic. I hate that HEB now!!

Used to be my favorite store since we just moved down to Jarrell. But not anymore. I understand each store has rules and policies and I used to work at H-E-B years ago and service pets used to be allowed. And I’m aware there may have been changes but I took today very offensive though! And im in my feelings about today too for anyone that is a dog lover. I have two kiddos that suffer from anxiety and depression and our dog is their service animal and today we were told we had to leave because no dogs were allowed in the store or in a cart and mind you we had her sitting on her pillow. I wanted to snap so badly!! It’s not like she was barking at anyone or loud or on jumping on any objects!!! It’s just the sad part is he didnt even bother to ask if she was a service dog either. But I just politely walked out with my son. For the record the employee/gentleman was not rude at all. I’ll shop somewhere else and spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I love HEB! However, after 23 yrs shopping at various HEB stores in the Georgetown/Round Rock/Cedar Park area, we're disappointed that fried chicken is not sold. We live in Missouri so we only get to shop HEB when we visit my in-laws once or twice a year. In every way HEB is better than Wal-Mart, but no fried chicken there is our only disappointment. Otherwise, I'm always excited to shop there.

If you're lucky, you will get checked out by the cashier/gameshow host who I think is a guy and wears a flower in his hair. Very much auditioning for a guest spot on "The Price is Right...not lying. So if you are in the mood for a little entertainment and have not been working in the hot sun all day, you may find it amusing. Otherwise, if you are tired of the forced antics by some employees who need to remember they are employees and not on stage performing their latest "I need attention" act, go in another lane. Love the store though. :)

.hey I love HEB no matter which one I go to. They do have cheaper prices and the only place that carry Purina lamb rice formula for my dog at a great price through the INSTACART APP. But I like to shop in person at night or early mornings

Heb store it's self is great, clean, and easy to find items. BUT, "SUSHIYA SUSHI BAR" at this location is "AWFUL"! I've been to several Heb sushi bars throughout Texas and this location is horrible, just horrible! Rude employees behind the counter, clear plastic wrap pieces in my sushi, packages miss labeled per what's inside, wrong sauce with items. I thought after a year of not shopping at this sushi bar, I'd try it again. "I"LL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM SUSHIYA SUSHI BAR at this location"! I bought a Caribbean Spring roll that is supposed to have "YUZU" sauce, label said: Ponzu Sauce (which is good on this roll), but had "SPICY POKE SAUCE" instead. I was sick as hell from the Spicy Poke sauce!
