Showed up around 9:05 didn’t leave until around 11:40 .
Shuttle took over an hour to arrive and they originally told me 2 hours for my car oil change. So when the shuttle did arrive I went ahead and asked them how much longer and they said 30 mins. It's now been over 2 hours OIL CHANGE is still not complete. I missed my Doctor's appointment because of it. They did offer a shuttle to the drs but no telling how long that would’ve taken. Overall not a great experience with the service department

if you're looking for a vehicle, I'd definitely recommend stopping by hewlett volkswagen and ask for Santos! I just bought a car with him last week and he made my experience so pleasant and stress free. He's very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. All my questions were answered clearly, and I never felt pressured to buy a car! I’m so grateful for his support and would happily work with him again. Highly recommend! btw love my new 2025 jetta!🤩

Anyone looking for a vehicle should make this their first stop. Santos explained in great detail, everything about the car we purchased. I had an amazing experience working with Cain Nieto at Hewlett VW! He was patient, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered every question, broke down all the numbers clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me -- even getting my tint scheduled ahead of time so the car would be perfect when I arrived!
