I can't say enough good things about front end associate Lissa and Brian in frames. Both are kind, attentive and efficient. I go to this location to buy my models and supplies. Lissa always asks about my on going projects and Brian is awesome at framing my wife's art. Alex, the store manager is an obvious leader because the store is always clean, well stocked and it's one of the best merchandised stores I've ever seen and I'm retired retail for 40 years. Anyway, this review has been a long time coming.
Thanks Alex and to your peeps for all you do that keeps us coming back!

I just waited in line for 30 minutes to return an item. Their systems are archaic. The woman in front of me returned about 20 spools of ribbon and the cashier had to circle each and every one on the receipt; then it appeared she had to enter them each manually into the register. Then she had to call for the manager because the refund was over $100. The manager stood & viewed the long lines while I was there with no sense of any urgency and walked slowly over to our line to approve the transaction. They really need to update their systems.

Once I got the attention of a worker I asked for help finding bag tags, and her response was not sure we sell them. She had a tablet drapped across her chest, I advised that I googled and it showed they carried. I then suggested she use the tablet to assist me. she stated oh it's dead and then pointed me in a direction to find. I thank goodness for the 2 gentleman watching our interaction, one of them stepped in and guided me in a total different direction and we found.
