I've been using storage facilities for the past 23 years (9 different ones, to be exact). I've been at Hometown Self Storage now for about 1.5 years and it is by FAR the BEST facility I've used! No doubt about it! A definite 12, on a scale of 1-10! The property is always clean and taken care of. Brian and all the staff are super friendly, willing to help, and treat you like a friend the moment you walk thru the door. The prices are good too! They don't raise them every 3 months like other places I've been. In fact, they don't even raise the prices every year! Plus, they give you a free brand new lock when you move in! I wouldn't use any other facility! Highly recommend Hometown Self Storage! I love it there and I'm certain anyone else would too! Why settle for less somewhere else???
My only wish is that I had 24 hour access. But, I still can't really complain about that..... They are still accessible from 6am to 9pm ?

Hometown self storage provided a great experience today. Brian was early with the truck and trailer. The movers were delighted with his trailer and tie downs. Brian's can do attitude from the initial call to the finish was awesome. Highly, highly recommend.

Bryan(manager) of Home Storage was so nice and helpful and works with you when you need a storage unit. The units are big , the area is so clean and Bryan takes care of you when you have questions or concerns. He is always available , he is on the premises and he even provides a lock and key at no charge. I have been there over a year and I have not had any problems. I highly recommend Hometown storage. It safe and in a great location off Austin Avenue. Easy to get in and out of.

My mother chose this storage unit when bringing her belongings from Amarillo to Georgetown, saving some furniture and stuff for the house she had hoped to one day have. Last September, she unexpectedly passed, leaving me to deal with everything. Brian has helped me with this situation tremendously and everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely kind and helpful. Dealing with this situation at 24 years old is hard, and the people here at this storage unit have been some of the kindest during this entire ordeal. Over and over again we say my mom made the absolute best choice when it came to choosing a storage unit. If you are stuck in between storage units or aren't quite sure how all of this storage stuff works- please use them!!! The owner was very kind and everyone has been super helpful.Thank you for working with me during this difficult time. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!!

I have been using this storage facility for the past 4 years during the summer when I go home from college. It is a great facility, close to campus (Southwestern University), easy to access, and has super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this location, I have always had a great experience.

Amazing facility and was very impressed with the impeccable service! Eric was wonderful and answered all of my questions. He was fast as lightening on setting up the account. We then drove to my personal storage unit, and he helped me unload 2 of my boxes and gave me a nice welcome tour. I would definitely recommend Hometown Self Storage and the price was excellent.

I would refer everyone to hometown storage they are wonderful they care about there customers and that is so important. I actually was a manager for public storage and iam now a customer of hometown storage. Brian was wonderful he brought a trailer to my apartment and left it for me to get loaded at my own pace and came and picked it up and delivered it to my unit totally free of charge. They are so friendly and appreciative of there customers you could not find a better company to store your belongings with.

Extremely courteous personnel, whom will warmly greet you before you get all the way in the door. Theta have been a blessing to us for 2 years now, and ongoing. They will offer you refreshment, before you even think of conducting business. I wholeheartedly recommend this location and it's people for your storage needs.
