It appeared that the IHOP in Georgetown was understaffed, either in the dining area or kitchen, as it took an hour for our meals to come. However, the waitresses were working very hard, were pleasant, and were prompt to respond to our requests in the meantime. The food was perfect; everyone cleaned their plates, including two little ones!Kid-friendliness: The kids' cupcake pancakes were enjoyed!

Food was good. My grandkids loved it. Our waitress was very friendly and kind. Looks like they were short of help but everyone left full and happy with their meal.

It was a busy Sunday morning so we had a longer wait for a group of 5. Drink order was taken quickly. When the server started our food order on the “tablet”, it died . She had to resort to pen and paper. About 50-60 minutes later, our food came out, nothing was hot, warm but not hot. We had no silverware(imo that should have been given out at the time of the drinks if not when we were seated.) my daughter went over to the table where the silverware sat and grabbed us some so we could start eating. The rest of the food finally came out. Food was ok.Maybe the kitchen was short staffed, maybe the servers were short staffed, but not really a good experience.

It was extremely busy.. many tables were open, very short staffing and the waitress kept messing up and forgetting to put in the orders.. our waiter tried her best with us.. but we had to wait for too long to get our food and even napkins and utensils, after waiting for 30 min for our food, we didn’t have any forks to start eating.. there was one waitress who was being very loud and rude, talking about oh I can’t wipe that table, you’re gonna have to clean that up…‘like no you don’t do that..

There are only a few people working on busy "brunch time" I'm not one to send food back but, after a 45 minute wait for the food to come, everything came out cold. I had to send my pancakes and french toast back.

The coffee and food were cold, chicken tenders very hard. The omelets were very small. More likely we will not

Management here is less than qualified, unprofessional, discriminatory, and in need of a serious audit from corporate.Staff are rude and condescending, stuck up, and all carry a sense of entitlement that will make you want to vomit ??Manager Jessica needs to be replaced, the attitude she carries is unprofessional and disgusting.Absolute failure from top to bottom.

This IHOP location is ran very poorly by management. The tables are dirty, dirty air vents & there are water marks on the ceiling. There is black matter coming out of the vents too. Hopefully it's not a mold problem. Beware this restaurant has failed health inspections recently. This location is always understaffed & there are long waits even when the restaurant is empty. A manager named Sherri has to cook the food & does a very poor job at it. I ordered cheesecake pancakes & she didn't put any cheesecake bits in my order. I tried speaking to her about it but she became defensive immediately & was very rude towards me. She said that she made them the way that they are supposed to be made. I have consumed the cheesecake pancakes several times over the years & never had an issue with the quality. The manager had an attitude & was very ignorant. She lacks basic customer service skills. Sherri even got confrontational when I said that I will reach out to the GM & corporate. A set of plain pancakes were brought out first. The server brought them back to Sherri to fix. Her response was to put whipped cream & frozen strawberries on the regular pancakes. Then she has the nerve to get an attitude over her mistake. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed here. This location could be the worst operated IHOP in the state of Texas.

Went there for breakfast on Sunday around 10:00No hostess lots of people standing waiting for someone to check them inLots of families left. I waited. Went and asked someone how we check in. She told me to put my name on the paper laying there . Then she said she would get someone I waited and waited. There was many empty tables. And many people going elsewhere. I finally got my name on lost and seated. Then I waited a while for someone to see me and realize he don’t have a menu. They said they would be back. I went and got one myself. Once they took my order I received my food in a fair time. The people that were seated ahead of me were still waiting when I left. The food was good

Over an hour to get food to the table and the place is half full. Everything was cold. No napkins or silverware. Avoid this one.

This location is a little troubling. It smells like mold, and you can see that there have been quite a few roof leaks. The staff is great and so is the food, but I can't help but wonder if it is safe to eat there. I feel terrible for the people working there; it can't be good for their health. I honestly can't believe the health inspectors haven't shut them down.
