Their website says they clean leather and this is a lie. The location I visited said the leather is saved up and shipped out of state to be cleaned, and can take 6 weeks or more to get it back; my hip length jacket would be more than $90, and they cannot guarantee of the results. Stop lying and remove the leather cleaning from your website, or at least be up front about the process.

I took my husbands work shirts to Jack Browns because I hate to iron. They launder, and iron them. As usual I received an email from Jack Brown dry cleaning with the total I owed. when I got there my total was double!!! yikes!! why so much? They said that instead of paying $3.49 per shirt (because I brought then in on a Tuesday).... some of my shirts were charged at over $10 per shirt. I argued that the amount was not what my text had said!, and why hadn't I received a corrected or a different text from them explaining. They only made excuses and said that it was because of the type of shirt. To get my cloths I had to pay the $80.00. I left and said I'd never come back!!!!!!When I got home, I pulled out many previous receipts and saw the same shirt... priced at the $3.49 price, NOT OVER $10.I'm not sure what their scam is or Why... but I suggest that you stay clear of Jack Brown Dry Cleaners next to the McDonalds on Williams, near HEB.Jeannette A VERY UNHAPPY PREVIOUS CUSTOMER

Avoid at all costs, they totally wrecked a brand new sports jacket that I wanted the shop creases taken out of.

When I walked in with my armload of white tablecloths, the clerk was having a conversation with the customer in front of me. The conversation dragged on, and I was not acknowledged by the clerk except for some eye contact. Even after the eye contact, the clerk started in on a new topic. When I asked if I could get some service, she said he was a customer and then proceeded to give him his price. They started chuckling between themselves. I then left and went to University Cleaners, where I received much better service. Either the Jack Brown clerk was just being very unprofessional or didn't want to deal with the tablecloths. If it was the latter, I wish she had just told me that up front.

Just moved from Dallas and dropped off a shirt and pair of pants. The bill was over $13.00. That was getting the "Tuesday Special". We commented to the person helping us when we picked the dry cleaning how we just moved here from Dallas and prices were high. Her response was "Ewww". Walked away and when she returned with the items, she said "everything is higher in Georgetown". Not true lady. Your gas prices are lower, your groceries are comparable and restaurants are the same. It's YOU that is charging way to much! We defiantly will be finding another dry cleaning location!

Such nice people at this location, and JBC does not burn buttons (something I've had issues with at other cleaners).Occasionally the collars are bunched if I have a large drop-off, but otherwise always friendly, on-time, good quality.

The manager of this location (Georgetown) made me cry! This is by far the WORST customer service I've ever received in my life! The **Manager** ... did ya catch that.. MANAGER, who's name is Terry by the way, was unprofessional, had poor customer service, and even HUNG UP ON ME TWICE! This is what happened: I was shocked about the cost (too pricey for dry cleaning!) and asked to speak to the owner. Not only did he refuse to give me the number, but HE HUNG UP ON ME. He also LIED TO ME stating the number was on the website - which it was not. I then contacted a different location in order to get a contact number to report his unprofessionalism. However, I wanted his name so I could report the correct person. So when I called the second time to get his name, HE LIED AGAIN saying he didn't hang up on me and refused to give me his name. He then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN for the SECOND TIME! This man, Terry, should not be the manager of this location. He was unprofessional and was in such a hurry to leave that he treated me poorly, lied to me, hung up on me twice, and left me in tears. I hope to speak to someone soon to report him. This is not how you should treat people.

I took my daughter's expensive toddler chair to have the zipper tab reattached last week. I was called the next morning and told they couldn't fix it because the entire zipper needed replaced and they don't carry zippers that long or in that color by the manager, Angie. The other woman that works there, the ONLY nice one, said that that was ridiculous when I picked up Saturday and that it was an easy fix. They recommended another company to take it to for repair. When I took it over there, they had to unzip it to check the zipper, and the inside lining was practically shredded. It was NOT like that when I dropped it off at Jack Brown. I called and spoke to the nice woman, and she apologized and said no it wasn't like that when I brought it in, and to call back on Monday and speak with Angie about filing a damage report and they'd pay to have it repaired no problem. Angie called me Monday morning and left me the RUDEST voicemail implying that I was lying. I emailed their corporate office because they're too cowardly to post that number. I finally heard back this morning. I didn't get a name because the j*** didn't offer it. He came up with some bs story about how he just happened to be there Friday when she was looking at my daughter's chair and he looked at it and told her they couldn't fix it. And when I told him that I didn't believe him because that story sounds absolutely ridiculous he said "well, I don't believe you" and became extremely unprofessional and basically said me or my daughter (who's 18 months old and doesn't use the chair to do anything other than set her dolls on) did it and were trying to blame them. I told him exactly what he could do, and hung up. I'm currently inquiring how to file a formal lawsuit against them to either pay the damages or replace the chair if they can't be fixed. They are the MOST unprofessional and rude company I've ever interacted with. Blaming a toddler for your mistake is epically low.

They girl in the afternoons is awesome and very friendly. Clothes are as expected, clean and crisp with just enough starch on the shirts like I love. Thanks Jack Brown... whoever you are.

A huge THANK YOU to Angie at Jack Brown Cleaners! I had to quickly leave town for a funeral and she was able to accommodate me at the last minute to get a suit pressed. Very appreciative of the responsiveness and level of quality service!
