Amped Up Fitness Nation is more than a place to work out. It’s a community! They have offerings for EVERYONE! From a variety of cardio dance classes, to strength training, cardio kickboxing to mind/body. Amped Up is one of Georgetown’s best kept secrets, but like all good news, word is OUT!!! I’ve been a part of many Fitness Establishments over the past 20 years and I can honestly say this one is my FAVORITE!!!

The classes offered here are top notch. The instructors are passionate about giving you a wonderful experience and they always deliver. The variety of classes makes it easy to cover cross-training needs from cardio to strength-training to core to flexibility/mobility they've got it all. I am down in Austin and wish I was closer to take advantage of more live classes. If you live in or near GTX this is the place to be.

I absolutely love this gym. They offer Jazzercise, Pop Pilates, Barr, Body Flow, Sway Yoga, and Body Combat . The classes are designed to support people of all abilities and fitness goals. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I always leave feeling fabulous!

I love the instructors, the workouts, the variety, the friendliness... I've struggled to find something I enjoy doing that I stick with and Jazzercise has filled that hole for me. I go consistently, work hard, feel motivated and encouraged and am getting stronger every day!

From Kaymee Wood: Pop Pilates has been a nice addition to my workouts, it focuses on strength, balance and stretching. It’s low impact on the body, but it does burn calories and makes you sweat. Sam makes the class fun and the routines are set to great music and moves can be modified to each persons level of fitness.
