Poor service. I tried the Jiffy Lube in Georgetown twice. Both times, they provided poor service. Today, the three staff were talking and laughing for 5+ minutes and didn't even approach my car to determine the service needed or tell me which bay to go to. Other cars which arrived 10 minutes after me we're served before I even made it in a bay. After I made it to the bay and sat there, they eventually told me they could do the oil change because they didn't have my filter. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Jiffy Lube in Georgetown on Williams Drive is the best. Their employees, Logan and Dantay, We’re helpful over a couple of days; they did not have my filter in stock and had it ordered and there in one day. Because I had stopped in a couple of times they immediately recognized my vehicle when I pulled up and made sure I did not have to wait an excessive amount of time in line to be serviced. Plus they engaged in a lot of dialogue about my vehicle. They seem to know a lot about it and I truly enjoyed the dialogue!

Without a doubt, worse experience I had in getting an emissions test. Waited about 40 minutes for the tech who would be “right back” from lunch. Waited another hour as the truck in front of me set in the bay with no apparent services being done. Ask one of the other techs WTF but apparently the question was above his paygrade. For what it is worth when I finally got in, the tech was polite and did his job in about 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible service.

We bring our vehicles here for oil changes and inspections, and the service is always excellent. I didn’t even have to get out of my car, which made the experience even more convenient. The team clearly communicates expectations, and Crystalynn was especially thorough, accommodating, and kind. They’re efficient, quick, and professional. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!

I went to jiffy lube to get an oil change and they first did it and realized they didn’t have my filter. They gave me new oil and told me to go somewhere else to get the filter changed or get the filter and they would change it, and did not charge me. I then went to two other places, and they could not help me because they used different oils and would need to top it off after changing my oil filter so i found/bought my filter and went back to jiffy lube. When I got there they claimed they “forgot to charge me” for the oil change the first time even though they didn’t completely change my oil, and told me they were not going to charge me because of it. The second time when I came back they charged me near full price even though I went and bought a new filter for them, and spent a long time of my day trying to finish my half done oil change by them. It also took a very long time for them the change it compared to past experiences. Not very happy with their service, strongly recommend take 5 oil change instead.
