I’ve been to Journeys many times and have always received great service, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. When I walked in, the store smelled very unpleasant. There were several employees present—some were helping customers, but two were standing behind the register and completely ignored me. When they finally looked up (it appeared they were on their phones), I received unfriendly looks instead of being greeted or offered help. This experience was unexpected and did not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this store. I truly miss the previous management and team from a few months ago. They consistently went above and beyond for customers and created a welcoming, positive atmosphere. Since the change in management and staff, the quality of the store and customer experience has noticeably declined, which is disappointing given how excellent it used to be.

I was recently in a bind and needed to by gifts for family members and went from store to store as a last resort went to journeys and was met with extreme kindness from the employees along with constant check in’s when getting the shoes they were quick and constant give help in all the places I need it the young ladies who work there are amazing! Will definitely be coming back for all future endeavors!

Shocked by how rude the service was. I asked to try on a shoe, and the employee acted like I was a problem. No help, no effort—just attitude. Disappointing experience.

Thank you, alex for helping me with my hey dudes pair of shoes. You let me know what shoe was available in size 5. Alex thank you for going above and beyond by calling the journey store at the round rock outlet location to see if they had my size and the exact shoe that I wanted, and they did! Keep up the wonderful service to all customers/ guests

this store is just filled with mean teenagers. everytime i go in their giving attitude and making snarky remarks. they also ease drop and but into every conversation, no matter if it’s about shoes or not. i reallt felt judged and peer pressured to buy shoes. do not come here unless you wanna feel like you’re in middle school all over again.

I will be taking my business elsewhere, this journeys apparently does not like picking up there phone. I called them 5 times in a span of an hour and still no answer. This place is terrible and the workers are worse than the store itself!!!!

Attempted to shop here about 11 AM today when they were supposed to open at 10 and the doors were locked and no one there. Thankfully the Round Rock location answered the phone and I went down there. Not a great impression for a first time customer.

Nikki & Tap are excellent in their customer service and manners! Having a pleasant experience makes a huge difference when shopping with my teen daughter. It was like visiting family. The store vibe is very warm and chill. Awesome since Journeys is one of our favorite stores.

This store is open 12pm-6pm on Sundays! Not closed. Also located over by Bath and Body Works and Fish City Grill… not inside of Kohls like maps tells you ?
