This daycare is literally the best! The director & teachers are so amazing and simply have hearts of gold. My son isn't always the easiest to deal with but they handle it with grace and partner with my husband and I on ways to handle situations. Sooo appreciative of them!

Gosh I love this place, Bre and Brittney have been my favorite duo to take over the front office. Love being able to have a quick adult interaction with them they are a hoot; creating that friendly relationship just makes leaving your kids so much more easier and comfortable. My daughter started here nearly 6 years ago and my 2 year old has been attending since months old, he absolutely adores his Tallie and Ms. Toria. Miss Hailey and Yvonne have been here since we started with the Kids Zone family and we adore them both. Can’t forget Laurie and Priscilla; my gworls! Those are just some from the crew I can single out but I absolutely adore the staff and the way they accept my babies like they are their own loved ones.

I can’t imagine sending our little one to any other childcare facility. She has been going here since she was 12weeks old and we have never had a worry or thought twice about her care or needs while at the facility. The staff are always very responsive to any messages we may send and when picking our little one up, all the staff tell her bye and call her by name. We can tell the staff genuinely care for her.

I have two children, my oldest is 7 and is in their after school program. Both of my children have been going to Kids Zone GT since they were infants. I will tell you that the teachers and administrators are amazing. They teach the values that are important to us at home. I feel that they are ver communicative when it comes to my kids and willing to have hard talks if appropriate.
Both of my children were adequately prepared for Kindergarten and their summer care program keeps kids learning too while having fun (field trips, snow cones, water days, backyard Bible club, etc).
When my kids age out of their program, they will likely have a hard time because most of the teachers have been there since they’ve been born and I’m not looking forward to that day as it will be a sad day (for kids and parents)!

After having the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for 9 months, I was terrified of going back to work and not spending as much time with my sweet baby. Kids' Zone was very accommodating and assuring. It wasn't long before I realized that my daughter was in the best care. Four years later, she is still enrolled in Kids' Zone along with her newest sibling. It makes me sad to think of the day that they will no longer be attending because these teachers and staff have become such a huge part of my family.Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Our child attended Kids Zone of Georgetown for a little over 6 months. During his time there he started exhibiting new behavior he had never shown at home. At one point he came home with a large bruise on his forehead that no one at the daycare could explain, it took 2 weeks to heal. Rather than take the time to speak with us in person about our child's care they constantly bombarded us with "incident reports" throughout our work day in the form of text. When I would go in the morning to drop my child off it was like forcing them to have a face-to-face conversation with me. It was all extremely odd and unsettling. In the end, without going into too much detail, someone at this daycare did something that was extremely outlandish and uncalled for. Their irrational actions caused our family unwarranted anxiety and distress along with sadness that we could no longer have faith in those we entrusted with our precious son. If you have a child who may be more challenging than others please take the time to consider an alternative care facility. This center either did not properly train their employees or they are just plain ignorant when it comes to child development and psychology. He has been attending a new school for some time now and is telling me each day how much he loves it and he doesn't want to go to the "old school anymore". ?

I called to put my son on the waitlist to be in the infant class in June 2022. I was told there wouldn't be an opening until December or January of 2023. After the initial shock of the lengthy waitlist, I understood because Georgetown's population is multiplying by the day. I called back in September to check the status of my spot and was then told there wouldn't be a spot open until March 2023. I was told the reason why was possibly other families had siblings that would come in before us. I called in February to check on my spot and was told they didn't know when they would have an opening but it wasn't going to be in March and they couldn't give me a timeframe. I was told someone would give me a call when they were able to figure it out. No one ever called...I called today (April, 25) to see where I stood in line and again, no openings and there probably would not be any for a couple months.I'm so happy I found another place for my 15 month old to attend because the staff is unorganized, untrustworthy and completely undependable. I went with my gut and found another place after I stopped in for a tour and saw how dirty and smelly the facility was. The only reason why I called today was to see if they even had me on the waitlist. I'm completely baffled at how I kept getting pushed back on the list with no definitive answers. I was told I was #7 on the list in 2022 and today I'm #13! Even when I explained what I've been dealing with there was absolutely no compassion or effort into making it right. Who knows what goes on inside of this place if they can't even keep a list in order. I'm deeply disappointed in this facility and their lack of apathy! Thank goodness I had other options!

I know I am biased because I work here, but when I landed at Kids’ Zone my intention was only to stay the summer. Well the summer has turned into 14 plus years. I have never worked in a more family like atmosphere. I have worked in good centers before, but not like here. The amazing staff truly care for each kiddo as if their own. The staff is friendly and willing to do what is needed to make sure each other and every child is taken care of. Between the 4 current centers, Kids’ Zone has so many employees who have been with the company for 10 plus years. This speaks volumes to the company and the owner. As a momma, I cannot imagine my babies going anywhere else. My babies love school and have learned so much. I believe their curriculum is why they excel in school- it’s not the home practice bc well let’s face it- I don’t have a lot of time between sports and such to practice with them at home. It’s all the hard work the teachers do at school!

My son started attending Kids Zone over two years ago and then my daughter shortly after she was born. This place and the people who work there are nothing short of a God send. They love my babies well and both kids have learned SO much during there time there. The directors are active in the daily activities and in running each classroom. My son begs me to go to school even on days when we could stay home together. I have had nothing but a great experience and look forward to continuing my babies educations and growth here.
