The best service in Georgetown. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and quick! Plus, the lounge is comfortable and the free car wash is always a nice touch . I am very loyal to this location for oil change and state inspection every time.

Kwik Kar is my go-to place in Georgetown. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially Whitney. She helped me with a difficult car battery situation today and got everything taken care of for me with no stress at all. I also love that this business is locally and veteran owned!

It hurts to leave a bad review here but I feel like this place changed recently. I'm an ASE certified mechanic and have run many inspections. My car with nothing wrong with it, failed due to a serpintine belt. The belt was replaced less then a year ago. I went to another inspection place and told them why I failed. The tech agreed this was ridiculous, and the belt was in great condition. Iv been in the industry long enough to know a money grab when I see it. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back or recommending the georgetown location to clients.

I came in unexpectedly while a customer and her boyfriend were being irate and very disruptive to the business. I left and came back and Ricky & Matt got me in as soon as I pulled in. It didn't take long at all ! They was respectful and friendly ! I will recommend!!!

Went for an inspection of our travel trailer. The inspector was "at lunch". So I waited because a34 for trailer is hard to maneuver in traffic. After waiting 45 minutes 2 other cars were in the bay, he actually started to look at those late arrivals before my trailer. I had to ask the manager if they were there before me! THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. Then the inspector started looking at things that are not on the inspection list. The valves, the undercarriage, and never even checked if the torn signals worked out the brake lights. Hmmm this is the same person who was rude to me earlier for my truck. I do not believe I'll ever go back there. Being rude to a customer is a serious NO-NO.

Someone give Dom a raise ASAP. Went for an oil change and inspection. Showed me my brake fluid was getting a bit dirty. Said no pressure, but it made sense to get it done then. Brakes feel much better. Solid service ? will be back.

I wish I could rate it a zero. I had the worst misogynistic experience here today while attempting to get an oil change. The man lead my car into the bay and immediately {even though I was driving} began asking my boyfriend what he wanted done to “his” car. The man continued to talk to my boyfriend like I wasn’t there and proceeded to tell me to go sit inside and wait. My boyfriend explained “no she can look at her car and you can explain it to her” the guy continued to act like I wasn’t there and told my boyfriend to change the filters which I responded with “no thank you just the oil change” and he once again told me to “go sit in the waiting area” I began to get upset and told them nevermind at which point the manager came over and offered a free oil change, the same tech that was ignoring me before said “no we’re not doing that, don’t drop any oil” and closed my hood all while continuing to talk crap about me right in front of me! I got in my car and left and have never felt more offend in my life. The manger obviously has ZERO control over his employees or his store. Women I would stay very clear of this shop and men I wouldn’t send my wives or daughters here!

Stopped by the Georgetown location for an oil change and inspection. Ricky was super helpful! He looked into the car facts and identified services that have not been completed on my vehicle and informed me of what was most critical for the safety of my family and my vehicle. Then, without asking, after noticing my veteran plates, he applied the veteran’s discount.
I am super grateful for the timely and efficient service provided. I will definitely be back.

I've been going to this place for years and always find them to be very friendly and helpful, but today has been an exception. I went by there earlier to get my vehicle inspected, they told me it was a 1.5 hour wait, and so I was going to leave my vehicle but they told me that I could not just drop it off for an inspection and that I would need to remain on the premises until they were completed. I came home and then called back at 3:45 p.m. and was told that they are not doing inspections for the rest of the day, even though they don't close until 6:00 p.m. If they would have just let me leave my vehicle there earlier, they could have gotten to it whenever they were available and I could have gone on about my day. Frustrating when they have to make it so difficult.
