I had similar experience as stated by other reviewers . I had an appointment scheduled at 8:45 am CST and the location was closed . There was no communication from Labcorp. I took an hour off from work today and it was waste of time. I would never use this location again. No wonder why this location is stated as 2 star. Should be minus.

They have cancelled or not been open the last 2 times I've had an appointment, with one day's notice each time.

Google shows this lab as open, appointment was made for specific date/time. Showed up to do blood work and posted note stating closed. No call stating it was closed, appointment was confirmed, waste of time.

I would give -5 if there is. The appointment was confirmed for today and they closed the office and posted the phone numbers for 2 nearest locations, where both locations didn’t pickup the phone.
So I wasted my time and gas. At least I expected to be informed so I don’t have to waste my time and gas driving there.
Of course, I can get to speak to someone they will say I am so sorry but I won’t get my tine&money back.

Worst lab experience possible. No point in making appointment as they take walk ins first. Secondly, staff is very rude at the Georgetown Tx location, as though customers are an inconvenience. If you make an appt, stick to the appointment time. Otherwise don’t make an appointment and only take walk-ins. Walgreens and LabCorp, you can do much better and hire kind employees.

I have been here twice for blood tests and have nothing but high praise for the phlebotomist. She is professional, friendly, and caring. Both times, the check-in procedure for my appointment has been easy and wait time just a few minutes. Excellent service, thank you!

I've been going to Labcorp in Walgreen's for over 2 years. Aaron is professional and skilled in blood draws. She is quick and efficient and never hurts me! Glad she's there.

waited an hour for my appointment for bloodwork only for the employee to have gone home. waste of my time and energy. she peeked her head out of the office at the check-in kiosk too, and i was sitting waiting in the seat directly in front of the office. there is no excuse. i wasted an hour of my time trusting someone to do their job. will not be coming back

Aarronna was very professional and courteous. She took me in an hour early. I read some reviews on here and was a little concerned, but after my experience today, it was quick and easy.
