This past Friday I noticed my battery light came on so I called drove to Lambs on Williams Drive in Georgetown.Even though I had no appointment I was welcomed and told they would reach out when my find out what's wrong. I received a call from Dee-Dee (Who is amazing!!) informing me of what needed to be fixed and the time frame. They had my car ready the next day! I cannot speak highly enough about the service and front office staff. They did a wonderful job and I definitely bring all of our family cars to Lambs! Thank you so much

Brought car in after visiting dealership, thinking it would be a better deal. Lady up front was rude besides the fact that they said the parts would cost $700.00 more than the dealership. I understand making something on parts, but $700 on $1100 is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I join the list of 1 star reviews of this business.The way your employees portrayed this interaction is the only thing inaccurate. this did not happen the way you replied. there are MANY reviews of this business that are in line with our interaction. I do not berate people and your lady asked me once if she could help me then followed with a snippy comment. that's the truth. We are the ones berated.

Great Service! Got us in ASAP considering that we didn't have an appointment! They had the tires we needed, rotated all tires, the place was clean and had fresh coffee ! Road Tested too. Will be sure to recommend them to all!

Was attended to courteously and promptly. Inspection took less than an hour, Precisely as promised. Waiting area was comfortable and tranquil. Charge was less than expected. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appt. in advance to have minor maintenance done to my vehicle. It was extremely busy so I parked up front in handicapped and handed my keys over to the Asst. Manager who told me that he didn't have anyone to take me home & the work would take a few hrs. I paid $35 for an UBER to and from the store (less than 4 miles each way) and picked up the vehicle after 1.5 hrs. Had I known, I would have just stayed & waited there. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a deep 4-5 inch scratch and dent above my left driver side wheel. I called in immediately and asked for the Mngr. who was gone that day. Spoke to Asst. Phil instead & waited for a return call after also calling into Customer Service for advisement. The Mngr. finally returned my call 4.5 hrs. later & asked me to bring it back up there that day as he was leaving for 10 days vacation. I took it back up and he said he would "try to help out & agreed to have his "repairman" try to bump out the dent and buff the scratch. He also kept insisting they were not responsible for "DAMAGE DONE IN THEIR LOT." And also said his Technician was there 10 yrs & did not do it. I agreed to allow his body repairman fix the damage. Instead, he made it much worse. Then, the Manager, Brandon accused me of having other damage on the vehicle in another location with "clear coat touch up." He insisted the scratch done at his shop also had clear coat although there was none visible. So, he not only accused me of lying but then came up with another story almost 2 wks later claiming damage done to other sections of my car (not yet confirmed) were done at the same time. I don't even know what he is talking about damage done on another section. I never claimed any other damage was done at Lambs other than the scratch & dent near my front wheel. His Asst. manager tried to tell me that because it's a 2013 (in excellent condition with 63K miles) that I should just let it slide. UNBELIEVABLE!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP!!!

My suspension failed while driving to Austin. and Lamb’s did a great job assessing the issue and locating all the parts for my car very quickly to get me back on the road the next day. They were very thorough and honest. I would highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! Imagine bringing your car in radio working perfectly fine and then picking it up from an oil change and it no longer working properly . Then to go back and forth to get the manager to understand that regardless of their opinion of other work done I had never had issues with my radio UNTIL MY VISIT! I will be speaking with corporate about this, didn't even bother to offer a solution on the radio being broken but instead pushed me away. I have been a long time customer with them but won't be returning or referring anyone else over. I will be waiting to hear back from the owner.

This was my first time at Lamb’s Georgetown. I was warmly welcomed when I came in for my appointment. Phillip was helping me and he communicated kindly and clearly about the cost of the services (oil change, replacing one of the headlights and replacing a screw on one end of my bumper). I waited for my vehicle in their nice waiting room (there was coffee, it was enjoyably quiet, funny videos playing on the TV). The job was done in a timely manner (about 90 min. which I think is very reasonable on Saturday). Phillip communicated throughout the entire waiting time. He even suggested a way to fix a cosmetic issue myself (wow! So kind and generous!). Before paying for the services I received a detailed and easy to understand electronic report of what was done and what needed my attention to get done in the near future. My experience at Lambs was great! Phillip didn’t charge me for having the bumper reattached as he said it was a “small fix” however that was so generous and genuinely caring as any other mechanic would charge for it. I’m planning on scheduling another appointment soon to take care of my battery and fluids (recommended by Lamb’s technician). What a relief! I definitely found my mechanic in Georgetown! Five star experience on every level. Lamb’s in Georgetown came across as professional, efficient, effective, caring and trustworthy team of wonderful people. Thank you!

Lambs was absolutely phenomenal (especially Phillip). They squeezed me in as best as they could and managed to figure out what was going on with my car, and they explained it all to me, which I really appreciated. When it turned out just to be a computer glitch, they sorted it out and didn’t charge me since the car didn’t need any further work. I will absolutely go back to them for anything related to my car!

I came in with a flat tire that needed to be repaired just before 3pm on Saturday afternoon. They had 12 jobs ahead of mine so I knew it was going to be nip and tuck, but they inspected the tire and repaired it, then balanced the wheel, and checked tire pressure on all 4 tires.Then they checked over my CarFax to see if I was missing any service items, and got me our of there at 5pm.The waiting area has plenty of things to make the wait tolerable.

Visiting Georgetown and my rental had screws in the two rear tires. The crew at Lamb's were able to get my car in and repair the tires without waiting too long. I definitely recommend Lamb's to anyone in Georgetown! Great friendly service from this team!
