I have had a not so good start with this storage company. I had problem with accessing the building because the key pad was not working. I rented the truck for that weekend and could get in. On top of it no one to let me in so I had to unload my truck back to the rental property I am trying to move out. I was so, so angry with the situation due to having people come to help me move and couldn't get it done. Than the air condition has not been working either. I rented two climate control units. It been very hard on me after my back surgery and trying to move on my own. The girl there told me it was working and when I went again still the pad to the building was not working. I got so furious it has put me behind. I finally went up there and spoke with Michelle the manager. She was able to get me a refund on the truck but they gave it to me on my account as a credit. I would had prefer the money back to help me so I can pay to rent the truck again since I am not working. It is almost the end of the month and had not been able to move fully since I cannot get people to help me due to their schedule. I been borrowing people's truck so I can move what I xan on my own. Michelle has been great helping me out as much as she is authorized to do for me. She is wonderful. Thank you Michelle for your kindness. Due to this problem I have rated them a 3 star.
