“I had such a great experience with Sylas at Grow Salon and Wine Bar! I recently moved to the Austin area and unfortunately had a really bad haircut experience at another salon. My hair was left looking very choppy, and I ended up with bangs that I hadn’t really asked for and just did not feel like myself in.
A friend recommended Grow Salon and specifically Sylas, and I’m so glad I went to her. She did such an amazing job helping fix my haircut and making everything blend and look so much better. Now that my bangs have grown out a little more, they look so much longer and way more flattering thanks to how she shaped everything.
On top of being incredibly talented, Sylas is also such a great person to talk to. She made me feel comfortable the entire appointment and really listened to what I wanted for my hair. I’ve loved working with her and will definitely continue going back. “Good selection. Comparable prices. Footprint is too small to have everything like a big specs or twin liquors, but the owner is very kind, and when I asked for something they didn't have, he offered me a suitable replacement and said he can look into ordering some of what I wanted. Very accommodating, and for how small it is they have a surprisingly wide variety.”

“They were out of Tito’s. How? I have no clue. The employee recommended something of the same magnitude, but cheaper. While checking out, he jokingly said if I’m not a fan I can come back and let him know. I said I’d just leave a review. When you pair vodka with RedBull, the taste is obsolete. I’d drive back across town for their service.”

“Every time I go, they are very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Super friendly staff. I love that they offer a military discount and a discount for using cash or debit. You just have to mention that before they ring you up. Great selection of whisky, wine and pre-made cocktails.”
