My experience with purchasing a preowned 2021 Camry TRD was good. Colin and Dylan were easy to work with and they answered all of my questions. I had an oil change and tire rotation at the Quick Lane at Mac Haik in Georgetown on Oct 13. Their tech scratched my new KMC wheels around the lugnut holes. Their service manager Trevor told me this was not preventable. I disagree. 17 year olds at Velocity Tire and the guys at Relentless Rides can change my wheels with ZERO damage. You lost me as a customer.

Amazing staffs and buying experience. I was in and out within 2 hours with ny new truck with a smile on my face. Everything is straight forward and direct to the points, no sales gimmick or trying to sell you things you don’t need or sneaking in addons… i will definitely bring my car hear for services and do future businesses.

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY HERE!
I bought a Brand new 2025 F350 from Mac Haik Ford 3 months ago. A week after I bought it I found extensive Rust and Corrosion under my $80000 truck. I took it back to the dealership that day and that's when my nightmare began. No one at this dealership cares about their customers. I went straight to the top talking to Mr. Duane Harris GM and Miqueias Braganca Sales GM thay both refused to fix the issue. Not even offering an extended warranty in case of future problems.
Update: called and talked to Mr. Sass and he asked like I was the Bad guy for expecting to get a truck in new condition from Mac Haik Ford.
