My name is Ellis James. I purchased a 2021 that Santa Fe from mag high Ford and the car runs great but the CarPlay thing with the way you put your plan your trips in the Apple play thing it’s crazy and they would not service that for nothing they keep trying to send me to somebody else but they are where I bought the car and they have a service center there and they can replace that part and get me on my way this car almost cost my wife and my life, and because the thing shut down was going to Houston and it just we didn’t know which way to go. We got confused and we had to go go the wrong way and cars coming at us left and right all fast and we didn’t know which way to get out of that jam , go back to him and and the sales person where I bought the car from they all thought it was funny

came to pick up touch up paint and Alison has a heavy negative vibe. She is not approachable at all. Be ready to get your happy vibes sucked up by her bc she made the experience not so welcoming. I would only give 5 full stars for your friendly agent Juan. Thank you Juan for providing an outstanding experince.So if the owner or manager sees this please know the experience would have a full 10 stars if you had Juan as a cashier and parts agent too. Times are hard and having negative employees now in days do affect the economy more. Just saying !

The few times I've ordered, they had everything I needed in stock. I needed a full bumber replacement, and there were several parts needed. The pricing is comparable to other genuine ford parts dealers online, and I was able to avoid high shipping costs.

Drove from Taylor to South Georgetown for a $2 battery only to find they had moved to the retail oats depot to North Georgetown... and pay $6 for the battery. I have never had a good experience here.
