Absolutely horrible experience with Aaron in the service dept. I had my car towed there to be serviced and he returned it in worse condition.Issue #1: Aaron offered to service my car as a"side job", claiming it would be cheaper.Issue #2: Aaron claimed to replace the range sensor, which did not solve the issue as he had hoped. (We later found out that he installed it incorrectly). He said the only other solution was to replace the entire transmission (I later got a second opinion on this and the transmission does not need to be replaced). I was charged $530 for parts and labor and I still had to tow my car off the lot.Issue #3: During the month my car was at Mac Haik, a hail storm came through the area.Aaron claimed my car was in a bay and was not damaged. Upon pickup, we noticed significant hail damage. When we questioned him about it, he tried to backpedal and say he previously informed us of the hail damage.Issue #4: My current mechanic informed me that Aaron damaged a part by torquing it too much. We are now having to undo Aaron's damage in addition to fixing the actual issue with my car.Aaron is incredibly dishonest and unreliable.We are now out $530, my car still is not running after 3 months, and now has hail damage. If you care about your car and want service done in a timely fashion with professional folks, do NOT bring it to Mac Haik.

Went in with our vehicle with needing one of our front door locks on our SUV to be quickly looked at because it isn’t locking due to our autistic son messing with the “child lock”. The service provider wouldn’t even look at it for 5 min to see if it’s a quick fix or not because they are schedule appointments into December. It could have been the simplest fix and now our vehicle is further at risk because he wouldn’t even take a few minutes to see if he could help. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

I bought a new tire because mine had a blowout.. my concern is that my new spare was not mounted under my truck but was placed in the truck bed.. you would think they wild do that.. got home..30 minutes to do this.. some customers might not have the physical ability to do this..

We took our vehicle in for a recall. We were going out of town and we were able to leave it for a few day as they were unsure of when they would get to it. As it turned out a few hours later we got a call it was ready. The Service Manager did a great job of explaining everything.

The Mac Haik service department is rude and unorganized. They claim to need your vehicle on their lot for several days before they can even get the vehicle in the shop. They say it's a demand issue. No, it's a management and organization issue. With the data and technology we have available these days, there is no excuse for this. The service manager (Mark) even said "everyone knows how to run a service shop until they actually run a service shop". How about this... use your multiple years of service history to develop estimates of how long it takes to perform different repairs... along with the mechanic capacity you have... and provide customers with a better drop off date/time. Rather than just saying "we need the vehicle for 4-5 days to perform an alignment". I was initially apprehensive about the Mac Haik service department based on the negative reviews online, and my conversation with them this morning confirms it... I will not be using the Mac Haik service center and you shouldn't either.

What can I say... disappointing. Bought a new truck last year and having a very important safety issues being ignored. They can't make me.an appointment, they just sat they can call when I'm close in line. I'm dealing with this safety issue for months and when they finally take my truck in they don't even tell me when they will look at it or when I should get it back. They called and gave me 0 notice to bring it in on the next Monday. This is a work truck and every minute off the road is lost revenue. The service advisor, Mark, was nothing but rude. He doesn't return phone calls and only texted us 2 days later that the truck was done. Instead of explaining what work was completed he just sends a ford technical posting number. I have no idea what this means. When we went to pick is the truck the service advisor still did not explain, didn't say if we would have issues again, and berated us for calling and texted for a time we'd get the truck back. Anyways, get the truck home and we are still having this safety concern. The truck continues to roll downhill when shifted from reverse to drive. This is going to cause an accident. Not sure what to do as the service advisor is rude and unhelpful.

The system they have for diagnosing is extremely lame!! I understand if it’s engine related!! Come on!! A door lock!! You need my truck for 1-2 days to diagnose a lock!!!! Please!!!
