We purchased a 2022 Ford Escape several months back and just took it in to the Quick Lane service at Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown. Our advisor was Chad Rogers and I'll just say he took exceptional care of us. I serviced both the Escape and our Expedition the same day and he had both done before noon. These days it seems more difficult to find people with excellent service skills, but Mac Haik has a great employee in Chad. We're very pleased both with our 2 Fords and the service this dealership provides.

I spoke with one of the managers and he wanted to sell me a 2023 Ford Escape with repaired Hail Damage and the vehicle was a service loaner for 2,000.00 off MSRP which was only the rebate that he wanted to give. So he want me to pay as if this vehicle had 14 miles and know repaired hail damage Now I help clients epurchase vehicles. I told him goodbye.

Not very helpful, respectful or friendly. The service advisor I spoke to was more interested in talking over me!

So I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 1100. They came out at 1205 and told me my truck was ready, but the garage door broke and they can't get it open. I have now been waiting for 40Minutes for the garage door repair person to show up. I sure hope they comp my oil change. To be honest I would rather have paid and been out of here 40 minutes ago.UPDATE: It took an hour to get the door open, but they did comp my oil change

In a nutshell they always help me and exceed my expectations. they have a huge parts department so they usually have what is needed to fix my car. I love my Ford and it rarely breaks but when it does I need it fixed fast. maintenance has always been positive and efficient

No follow through. Even the manager sent me and email and I replied and nothing. There is no accountability and no follow through with this company. The reason I got this email is evident- I expressed concerns about the lack of communication. I'm attaching my communication as proof.

My service was 10x less than not good, it was highly disappointing and dissatisfying. Robert Gonzalez was my advisor and he had my vehicle for 64 days. Throughout those days, getting a phone call or text occcured every 10 days or so. On day 10 (8/31) I paid for the oil filter, brake flush, etc. which was part 3 of why the vehicle had been put for services. On that visit, I noticed that the interior ceiling was smudged with greasy fingerprints, which I was informed would be cleaned up before returning it to me. From August 31st to October 23rd, was spent waiting for a part to be received by the dealership. The part (slide for moon room) was received on 10/20 and I got my car back on 10/23.When I got my car back, I found that it had experienced hail damage while waiting for service! (I was not infomed of this from the advisor, either). In addition, the interior of the vehical was more greasy than when I saw it on 8/31!I spoke to an assistant manager who informed that the dealership is not responsible for weather damages which might occur in their posession. However they were sorry for the interior being greasy and they would look into detailing it at a later date, after they saw photos of the vehical. Now, I have a damaged 2 year old vehical with less than 12K miles. What is the point of taking your vehical to a name brand when the experience is so basic and rubbish?

Let me start off by saying I have been a loyal Mac Haik customer for years. My cousin has worked for Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown for over 15 years. I have bought at least five vehicles from them in the last decade. I previously owned a Lincoln MKX and I had it serviced at Mac Haik Lincoln Georgetown multiple times and I always had exceptional service. I purchased a MKZ from a private owner last year, and I went to have it serviced at Lincoln in late June. My service experience was and has continued to be horrible. I dropped it off with a known battery drain issue. I purchased a brand new battery for my car from advanced auto in April, because it was 3 years old and time to change out, but then it started dying on me again in June. I figured there had to be an issue with something draining it based on research and forums. Lincoln knew I had a battery drain issue when I dropped it off, and they said they would give me an update on diagnostics within 2 to 3 days. I dropped it off Monday morning and waited until Thursday for them to call me, only to say that my battery, that I just purchased was dead and bad, and I needed a new one. Then proceeded to tell me I could come pick up the battery, replace it with advanced auto, and bring them back a new battery, or I can purchase one from them and they would take $100 off the cost of $197. Mind you, the cost is actually $179 per the receipt, so the tech misquoted the price by inverting the numbers. I was also told that any work I had done would be taken off the diagnostic fee of $155, which was also misquoted as the receipt said $139, and I paid for the diagnostic and the battery at check out.I was at a work career event interviewing people, so I said OK go ahead, with the impression I could return said battery to advanced for a refund of $244, per their service tech. That Friday they called and said it was $1500 to replace my climate control module for my heated and AC seats. I said I can’t afford that right now, but I can come back and do it in the future. I asked if they could disconnect it instead. Apparently, because I didn’t want to spend $1500, they said sure, and told me my car would be ready to pick up Saturday morning (July 1st) since I had to be at work at 9:00am. I get there before 8 o’clock. My paperwork was not ready. My car was not ready. My car was not cleaned, as they always ran my MKX through the wash after services. My antenna was also bent and broken and stuck in my trunk, which I didn’t notice until I got to work. I think it’s because somebody didn’t bother to use the button inside to properly close my trunk, after replacing the battery. My dad and I went to get a refund on the original battery at advanced auto, they tested the battery, and it was just fine, as it had recharged. Basically, they drained the battery by not moving my car for four days, and the tech at pick up told me it was “collateral damage” when asked why they didn’t disconnect the battery while it was there. He also stated “they couldn’t disconnect and reconnect the battery to move my car around the lot”. Sounds to me like they didn’t move it at all until Thursday so everything he said was bull sh*t, and he was rude to my dad and I the entire time we were there.I have tried to reach out to the service manager at least three times, and he called me back once, and left me a message. He didn’t bother calling me back after my next 2 messages to complain and let him know what happened. I went up there this past Monday and was promised a call or email by today, Wednesday, yet I haven’t gotten anything. I also have a recall on a door latch on my car that they told me about, but did not offer to fix it, or bother fixing it while my car was there. The poor customer service has me realizing they just lost a customer for life. So when I’m ready to buy a brand new Lincoln next year, I’m gonna go anywhere, but Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown.

We've been looking for a Ford Maverick Hybrid, but when we called the dealerships, they were usually sold.Nicole Stewart @ Mac Haik called us right away, when a Hybrid came available Nicole and hooked us up.We decided to buy this Ford Maverick Hybrid, even though it is not the color, we were looking for, but it already had all the bells and whistles. We do have the option to order the Maverick Hybrid online, with all the specs we want, but for right now, we are happy ???????We also had the windows tinted more than usual and Jared Zamora (accessories manager) helped finding the best option.

Service folks aren't very friendly. I feel as the look at you like you don't have money to purchase a car

I've been using Mac Haik to service my Ford for the last 3 years. I usually call in and schedule an appointment. Today, I used the Quick Lane. They open up on Saturday at 7 a.m. on a first come, first service. I arrived at 630 a.m., and 2 people were already there. I had a nice chat as another 7 or 8 people showed up. The doors opened promptly at 7. Mac Haik had 4 clerks available to accept your vehicles. They told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. The actual time was 1 hour 40 minutes. You have a choice to wait or come back. I, as well as most others, decided to wait. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and 2 TVs for your wait. There is a free coffee bar and bathrooms for your use. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable of the issues with your car. The clerks were both male and female. Therefore, I know some of my female friends are intimidated by servicing their cars. Although there were mostly men there, there were women too, so please don't feel intimidated to take care of your car.I would recommend the Mac Haik service department to my children and friends. So if you have a Ford, don't hesitate to use Mac Haik to service your car!
