I replaced the dolly leg on my BigTex equipment trailer but the foot was in a different configuration that the original so it wouldn't go up all the way. I stopped at Magnum and asked for ideas on how to fix it. I was assuming I would have to replace the entire assembly including having to fabricate all new brackets and probably spend $300-400. Bob and another technician looked it over and came up with a solution to rotate the bottom section of the leg. I left the trailer with them and in a couple of days they called to let me know it was fixed. It works perfectly now and it was a fraction of the cost I was planning on to replace it. Great work, great price, great people!

Called to have a quote built for a custom trailer. Took over and hour to get someone on the phone. Have them all my specifications and sales person said he would email me the quote. Never followed through and sent the quote.

Great customer service and very competitive prices. James has always did me well to keep my company up and going. I bring my trailers that I bought from him by to check on everything from time to time and he is always honest with me on everything. Definitely recommend them you won't be disappointed!

the old man behind the counter was very rude. he ignored me while everyone else was busy for the first fifteen minutes i was in then when he helped me he acted like i knew nothing. not a great experience with him.

I feel they were so honest. We travel full time and we told them that. They finished our work quickly so we could have our home back. We thought the problem was one thing but they found that it was a different problem and fixed it. Fast, efficient, and economical.
