Order online, only half order comes in. Driver doesn’t understand English. I call store. I am on the phone quite a while, someone answers and put me on hold. He did that several times. At one point he asked me my address 3 times. Put me on hold, and the proceeded to ask my name 6 times. At one point he asked me to turn up my volume; mind you, I have hearing aids. He said I can’t hear you, and to turn up my volume, and smartly told me where I could find the buttons. I said you need to turn up your and dropped a f bomb. After 20 to 30 minutes of aggravation I tend to lose my patience. I am a disabled Veteran with PTSD, and I bet you don’t teach your folks customer relations I guess. Since I am a “ghost” in your system, I canceled payment in this order. If anyone is looking for that money, feel free to contact me. I want to know what happened to that manager, until then, I won’t be back at that place. I am retired, I may even picket that place that tolerates scumbags hanging up on people. Do you ever consider that little sissy new generational flakes push old retired people to their limits, and f bombs are justified??? Laziness, can lead to manipulation, and that nonsense of “he cussed” at me is not going to fly; especially what you and Door Dash charges. My blood sugar was high, and I used those losers to deliver food, MINUS the food I paid for, but that is too much to ask I guess. 1262465340001 is my order number. I you care to get this order straight, and tell me what happened to that rude sub human, call me. It is in the order. Disgusting food experience to say the least, on food that normally tastes well. How come it is so hard? They wanted a 100 dollars an hour, but only do 20 cents worth.

Was let go for being sick during the golden days with multifocal pneumonia and not showing up even with a doctors note which he said would be fine. Sunny is a funny guy I noticed at my old apartments Marcos utilized my idea I shared with him for increasing sales. The managers are hard working mf’s and so is everyone else on the team the funny thing about the whole show is the person running the franchise easily take advantage of folks wages so he can pull up on his new truck to my apt complex and steal my idea to advertise by the coffee table without even a comment and then I walk into my apt complex after getting fired and guess who’s coupon idea was being used

We tried this place because we got a coupon in the mail. The coupon didn’t work, but they had deals online so we ordered anyway. The order was ready quickly, but terrible quality. Everything was very tough. I ordered white sauce on a pizza and I’m pretty sure they just didn’t put sauce because it was really dry. Not great flavor either.

So I placed an order online few minutes later they call me from the store saying they no longer take cash orders for deliveries. Which is ridiculous never heard of a pizza place doing this...

The food was great as usual the pepperoni magnifico was on point and the cinnamon rolls omg. The wings were also good I wish just a little more spicy but good. The service was amazing and they kept me posted with how long till my pizza was done. I personally will return again.

We are still waiting. It's been 2 hours. None of the delivery people are checking their orders, none of the people are checking their order, Marco's is not checking orders . It is complete chaos I'm afraid.They make a great product, but without perfect management in place and functioning, what's the point!!!

I have ordered pizza exclusively from Marco's for the past few years since it was better than most others in Georgetown. Today was my last order. They are now using Doordash, which means that I'm going to receive a pizza that was ready an hour before delivery. If they couldn't deliver due to short-staffing, I would rather have known so I could just go and pick it up.The dasher delivered only part of my order and put my food on the ground. Isn't that a health code violation? We don't normally put our food on the ground. Calling and asking for a refund.

Tried ordering 2 weeks ago, after 90 minutes my order still wasn't started. Had to pay 15.00 as I made the order through favor. Didn't even get the order.Tonight placed an order through the Marcos website and didn't get the pizza sauce that is to accompany both items purchased.Clearly things have gone south with this location.

So instead of giving an accurate delivery time, Marcos has now partnered with door dash for delivery and has thus lost control over the actual delivery time for your order. This is the last time we will order pizza from Marco’s. They tell you 30 minutes and then start notifying you it will be another 30 then another 30. So you get your pizza in 2 hours that’s cold and terrible. They better figure it out quick.

Disappointed in Marco's Pizza. It was always my go-to place for pizza delivery. There was some confusion on their part a few months ago and I didn't get my pizza until 2 hours later than requested. I gave them a few more chances but tonight was the last straw. I ordered the pizza on line and received several texts from Dasher who is apparently the service that Marco's is using now for deliveries. Dasher text said they delivered the pizza to me at my address and I never received it. When I called the Dasher person who texted me, she said I need to talk with Dasher and hung up on me. I truly hope she is enjoying my pizza. I called Marco's and cancelled the order and asked for a credit. Marco's you have lost our business. It is disappointing because the pizza was always good quality. The service no longer meets my expectations.

I ordered on app at 3 PM arrived at 3.50 since said order was 45 minutes. Was 3.59 when I was able to ask about order and I was told another 45 minutesNot a busy per lobby or kitchen. I do understand they are low on employers. So I paid in full after another 3/4
