Minute Clinic was great. Prompt visit, didn’t feel rushed. Clean room. PA, Victoria, definitely cared, listened, and was highly professional.

The website says walk-ins are available, but there were no instructions or anyone to assist. I had a very disappointing experience with the CVS MinuteClinic. It’s nothing like what the name suggests—definitely not a “minute” clinic.
It was unhelpful and of no use.

I can’t thank Nurse Practitioner Victoria at the CVS Minute Clinic enough! She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough while helping my son get all his missing vaccines the day before school started. Despite the last-minute rush, she took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we felt comfortable, and ensured nothing was overlooked. Her professionalism and compassion turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one. Truly grateful for her care!

The CVS Minute Clinic provided supportive & professional care. My midmorning appt was smooth & fairly quick while thorough. There was no one waiting & I was seen 10 minutes early. The necessary prescription was sent over to the pharmacy & ready within 5-7 minutes. All in all, it was a pleasant & positive experience. Personnel have always been friendly, polite & professional. Fortunately, I have always received good service at this location for prescriptions & vaccinations as well. In addition, I generally tend to find great deals on things I can use in the clearance section here.

I took a caregiving client of mine (about to turn 90) in for a very simple ear lavage/rinse procedure. Rather than giving it a shot and letting her know that her ears were severely wax impacted and she needed to do something else that would be more productive, the practitioner kept her in the appointment for close to 45 minutes and just kept pouring water into her ears. So much so that she came out dizzy from her inner ear being flooded, while still impacted by all the earwax. 89 years old and a fall risk, and you don’t need to mess with their inner ear and equilibrium by flooding it out like that.
Prior practitioners have done a much better job and knew when to stop and recommend something else, but this one did not seem to know what she was doing. I will not be recommending this particular MinuteClinic again.
My client went to Baylor Scott and White this morning, and within five minutes they had the impaction corrected.

Literal waste of time. They leave you in the waiting room with no updates. What’s the point of scheduling a time if you can’t service folks at that time?

If they had a zero star I'd put that,it stated they can take out splinters ,yet we wasted so much gas cuz we had to wait and all for her to say she can't take it out of my daughters thumb cuz she didn't have tweezers....it states on Google that they take out splinters, what clinic doesn't have simple tweezers???

Book an appointment before you go. But once you've done that it's great not a long wait, the nurse and the doctor are both very nice

The minute clinic is supposed to be a convenient wellness service for simple minor health concerns. My visit was 3 hrs long. When I called to follow up, I was on hold for 2 hrs. Unfortunately I returned two days in person to get my prescription that was never submitted. Luckily when I arrived there was a different nurse and NP filling in from another location. They both were quick and efficient.

If I could give it a zero, I would. My daughter was prescribed something for an eye infection. I told them that she had had a cold for the last few weeks and that most likely it had gone to her eye. They brush it off and prescribe an ointment that made it 10 times worse. That in itself is not that bad. Doctors often dismiss the things moms of patients. The next day I tried to call and couldn’t get a hold of one living person I sat on the phone for.. wait for it… an hour and a half before I gave up. Why????? I guess I have to make another appointment just to get a new prescription? On top of that we waited over an hour in cvs to be seen with an appointment. Unacceptable.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute scam. Wouldn’t treat my daughter, ran two tests and was only there 20 minutes. Somehow that cost over $600 and I was stuck paying about $150 with insurance. No breakdown of the bill, and the 800 number is useless. Save your money.
