In todays fast moving world, it is a challenge to find a doctor, dentist, attorney or auto mechanic that you have confidence in and can trust to have your best interests in mind. I'm still looking for a doctor, dentist and attorney, but I found that mechanic in Mr. Fix It's Kenny Vale. I contacted Kenny to get a quote on a brake job for my 2012 Kia. He quoted me a very fair price (compared to several other local shops) and we set an appointment for him to come to my house to make the repairs. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to keep the scheduled appointment. Instead of not showing up, Kenny kept me informed of his status and made it out at the next convenient time to complete the repairs. He replaced the rotors, pads etc. with the expertise and efficiency of someone who obviously has been doing auto repair for a long time. Kenny then test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was working as promised. He explained everything he had done and the parts replaced. I was so impressed with his expertise and professionalism, I asked him to look at another vehicle I had that needed a repair. He found a replacement part (of better quality than the OEM) and replaced that part on another visit. He also went out of his way to help us locate a set of missing keys. It is so refreshing to find someone of Kenny's honesty, integrity and professionalism in this "dog eat dog" world we live in. I highly recommend Mr. Fix It (Kenny Vale) for all your auto repairs. We will now be customers for life. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!

Mr. Fix It (aka Kenny) was such a life saver for my family yesterday! I got off work one day went to Walmart to pick up a few things, came out to go home and my SUV wouldn't start. Thankfully I was able to get it pulled to my house but I had no idea what the problem was or how quickly I'd be able to get it fixed. We called many mobile mechanics and either they couldn't do the work in time, their prices were seriously out of our budget, or they were horribly unprofessional and didn't show up at all. We were at the end of our rope when my wonderful wife, (aren't we all grateful for those ?) found Mr. Fix It online. We read reviews and felt comfortable about contacting him, so we did. We are so glad that we did!!! We called him and left a message, he promptly returned our effort to reach him with a text of his availability and pricing for our issue (that we were able to find out was a bad fuel pump). He made sure to find the best quality and most suitable part for our SUV as well as making sure to okay the price of it with us before buying it. There were two things that really sold my wife and I on Mr. Fix It being our mechanic for life, his communication and when he was searching for our part he asked me a question I'd never experienced someone asking me when fixing my car, and that was where my vehicle was built(or assembled I assume). It blew my mind that he was taking his time to be that thorough about finding the correct/best part for my vehicle. I was SOLD! HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! Quick, knowledge, professional, punctual, and just an all around good guy! Very trustworthy!! We highly recommend him! Thank you so much Kenny again for helping us out! Kenny was awesome! My car was acting weird all weekend and this morning I got in to drive and it wouldn't start. We're new to the area and didn't have anyone to call to help me jump it to drive to the mechanic, nor did I have a way of getting to the shop to purchase a new battery. I also didn't want to wait until my boyfriend was off work to come home and help me. I reached out to Kenny and got a response quickly and he was here within a few hours of the initial message. He was quick, honest, and super responsive. He was in and out in probably 10 minutes and let me know that the rest of my car looked great and that he does a number of things. I will absolutely reach out again with other issues and questions and cannot recommend him enough.
