Nate and Kerri were incredible—if I could give more than five stars, I would. My daughter wanted a custom-style hat but didn’t have the budget for a full custom piece. Nate adjusted the brim width exactly to her liking and reshaped the crown to give it the pointed look she wanted, and Kerri swapped out the ribbon to complete the style. They went above and beyond to bring her vision to life!

Nate did amazing work with my hat. It was in need of a trimming, re-shaping, and stretching. I called an made an appointment, he was super quick, and took pride in his work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Nate makes an awesome hat! And he stands behind his work. When I felt my hat was a bit tight I just reached out with an email and scheduled an adjustment, which was fun to watch Nate do his thing. He is very involved from initial fitting to any adjustments. The quality and workmanship is incomparable.
You will need to wait for your custom hat to be crafted. But well worth it!
Nate also has stock hats available. Although I prefer the custom made product. And highly recommend Nate’s custom hat.

Nathan is great at his craft and created a perfectly fitted hat exactly as requested. His wife was very helpful with customer service and creating a band. Worth every penny!

Had to take my hat back to Nate after my GSP decided to turn it into an expensive chew toy! As expected, Nate worked his magic and it looks good as new. Thanks again Nate!!

I stumbled across Nates shop by accident a few years ago and after watching some of his YouTube videos and reading reviews I decided to order a custom hat. The quality of material, customer service, and overall experience is superb. I highly recommend you stop in to see the craftsmanship or just to chit chat about hats and see what may be “ your hat” waiting for you to take home. You won’t be disappointed!

Nathaniel’s hat shop is a Georgetown treasure. I’ve wanted to snag a hat from this local family owned business for years & finally pulled the trigger. Went with an in stock option but looking forward to doing something custom down the road. The hats are top quality, look awesome & the store is such a fun experience stepping into.

I couldn't be more pleased and if I could give 10 stars I would! The fit is immpecable and when I put it on it was hard to believe it fit so well. In fact, it's easy to forget it's even on. This was an 'extra' purcahse and the quality, craftsmenship, fit and color far exceeded my expectations!
I'd seen Nate on a series of master craftsmen years ago, and when I was in the area, decided to make an appointment for a custom fit. He is no doubt a master hatmaker, an artist and a professional. The pride and excellence he puts in to his craft is remarkable to me and I hope I can do this again. The whole experience was wonderful - from exploring creases and colors that fit me - to picking it up. Thank you, thank you!

Not only does he make outstanding hats, Nate and his wife were so nice to take the time out of they're busy day to stop and chat with my Uncle Willie, ( a war veteran and hat enthusiast who wanted to meet Nate! ) He showed us around the shop and the tools and ways he does his craft, never trying to rush us out. Nate is a great artist and a very stand up good guy! I'll never forget it thank you! And yes there was some of the nicest hats in there that I've ever come accross. I'd definitely get my hat made there.
