I've seen a lot of detailers in my eight years of owning Petrol Lounge. There's a lot of guys who get a polisher and watch a couple of YouTube videos and think they can detail a car -- and most people won't notice the shot it's they take or the places they miss. No Mediocre is one of maybe three shops in Austin that deserves the title of detailer. Logan's work is meticulous and perfect in every way. You may not be able to tell exactly what he does to make his work stand out, but I promise you that anyone can put his work next to the best work of any other shop and see that No Mediocre is undeniably superior.

I ordered my car brand new from a dealership in Iowa and was so excited to get the car of my dreams. I wanted to ensure I took great care of this car so decided to get with Logan from a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did. He is truly the most knowledgeable person in his field and is more than happy to share the education he has with his clients. I thought I knew how to take care of my car pretty well but just a 5 min conversation with Logan and I was mind blown at all the things I had been doing wrong with my past car. Now, I am on the right track to really ensure this beauty is in pristine condition and remains that way. Do yourself a favor and visit the shop, have a short conversation and in just a few minutes you'll be mined blown and know you are in the right place to protect your dream car. Great job. Made my 13 year old Ridgeline look new. Only had interior done but just what I wanted had a few areas that were aged and he was able to renew them and make look new. Showed up on time and done before he quoted.

Logan was very prompt, even early. I was impressed already! He worked very hard and continuously getting the interior and exterior in tip-top shape! My Acura MDX looked brand new. I highly recommend him.

Logan of No Mediocre hit me up as I put out a request for detailing on a car I bought out of state right around the time the virus started. The dealer had half assed the detail on the Cayenne prior to shipping it and it arrived with a grungy interior. Needless to say, it drove me nuts. Didn't want to risk a larger car wash/detailer so I asked for his mobile services. Logan showed up promptly around afternoon and spent a few hours detailing both the exterior and interior. I got back the car that I'd wanted to see when it was shipped down to me. He was very thorough and attentive, and it came out looking fantastic. He even pointed out some problem areas to revisit, mainly some improper application of wax. And used a steam gun to cleanup the logos that had residue on them from the previous messed up details. Would highly recommend No Mediocre for your car detailing needs. Very happy with the final result!

Logan did the ceramic coating on my car and I shopped around to the point of being a fanatic when it comes to my car I don’t let just anybody touch it the reason I went is no mediocre is after talking with Logan I could tell that he had a passion for cars and he knew his stuff that combined with a great price after seeing some of his past work It was a no brainer I’m glad I went that way because I love the finished product it turns heads everywhere I go and the upkeep is so much better

A++++ Great Service, I took advantage of the ride home so I didn't have to bother my husband. My 2017 GLE350 received what he called a Stage 2 Ceramic coating. Logan was able to get out a few minor scratches on the bumper and it look better then the day I bought it new. He quoted me 4 days for work to be done. He worked late to finish it in 3 days. I am amazed at the difference it made. Logan ceramic coated my glass and got a stain out of my carpet at no charge. Highly recommend this service.

After I was unable to get into my normal detailer I decided to go to no mediocre it was the closest detailer to my house. At first I was a little gun shy to try someone new. I am very picky when it comes to my car and I thought my last detailer did a fantastic job. I was wrong! I am so impressed with the service Logan provided me for $60 less then the shop 20 minutes away I gave him a $100 tip. I will now be a repeat customer and will seriously consider his higher end ceramic coating services. If your wanting to show to a big fancy detail shop this might not be the place for you but if your wanting an honest good detail this is the place. He told me there won't be a speck of dust in my car and he meant it. He told me a good review would mean more then the tip did so here it is but well deserved! Thank you Logan.
