“I use the print services at the Georgetown location a few times a year, and every time, I receive excellent customer service. The last few times, I’ve been helped by Jerry. He is a hard worker and very professional. I always appreciate his help. The last time I was there, he was away from the printing area, talking to another employee. As I approached, the other employee said something she thought was funny like “oh not today” and when I told them my order wasn’t on the table, she said to go over to the desk and wait to be helped. Without missing a beat, Jerry walked over there and spent several minutes sorting it out for me. That’s what superior customer service looks like!!”

“Progressive staff are always quick to respond to emergencies, and generally fantastic otherwise. We've been customers for many years and have always had a great experience when we've needed to reach the staff, even if it's not an emergency. Great company!”
