“I use the print services at the Georgetown location a few times a year, and every time, I receive excellent customer service. The last few times, I’ve been helped by Jerry. He is a hard worker and very professional. I always appreciate his help. The last time I was there, he was away from the printing area, talking to another employee. As I approached, the other employee said something she thought was funny like “oh not today” and when I told them my order wasn’t on the table, she said to go over to the desk and wait to be helped. Without missing a beat, Jerry walked over there and spent several minutes sorting it out for me. That’s what superior customer service looks like!!”
