Worst experience l've ever had. I bought a pair of jeans from here, that only got wore TWICE, and ripped entirely up the side. They wouldn't take them back or give me a refund or exchange or anything because of stain that was already on the pants when i purchased them. Will not be coming back to this location. And thanks to the associates that snicked as i walked away, real professional ladies.

This was our first time visiting this Old Navy location, and overall, we had an enjoyable experience browsing through the store. We stopped in mainly to window shop, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The store had a solid selection of clothing, with a wide variety of styles and sizes to explore. From casual basics to seasonal trends, there was a good amount of merchandise available across men’s, women’s, and kids’ sections.
One thing we did notice was that the front area of the store felt a bit empty or underutilized. It gave the impression that there could have been more product displays or promotional features to draw customers in right away. However, once we moved further inside, the racks were well-stocked and organized, making it easy to browse.
The store had a clean and open layout, and the staff members were polite and present without being intrusive. For a casual shopping experience, Old Navy delivers good value and variety, especially for families looking for affordable fashion.
All in all, a cool and fun stop — we’ll definitely consider returning when we’re looking to update our wardrobe!

The A/C units full of dust and mold gave me ALLERGIC REACTIONS. Didn't get FULL the peace quiet and comfort I was looking for but IRRITATED hearing every movement of next door 🚪 guests. I got nickled and dimes by unfriendly female front desk clerk by being overcharged $40 more. Overall 50-70% ANNOYED with my stay. Most likely will NOT COME BACK. But the place was decent and physically safe from crime enough to stay in

Priscilla went out of her way to help us find a discontinued item we had come looking for… the rest of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly- checking on us and offering assistance and smiles.really appreciate the attitudes (and sale items :)) overall great experience, we will visit again!

The store was clean and easy to navigate. This was the only chain store that actually carried the item I was looking for though the prices at Old Navy are a bit steep so I didn't ultimately end up getting the item. I found this fun gumball dispenser full of bouncy balls for a quarter. That was fun. Parking can be intense if you're there for the farmer's market time but otherwise, there are no issues.
