Came here for a pedicure because my normal salon was booked. The lady was kind but dug under my big toenail to the point where I was bleeding and had to ask her to stop. It’s now a week later and I have a terrible infection.

I paid $122.00 after tip because I try to always tip 30% on services. I loved the guy who did my pedicure although the paint job is not great. My acrylic set is not fully painted, parts are see through, super chopped up cuticles. I needed cute nails for a photoshoot for my birthday and they look awful!

Horrible services, didn't understand English language and were not patient enough to understand. They ended up doing something else and at an excruciating expensive price. Never going there again... couldn't even apply nail polish properly,left the spa with polish stain all over my fingers.

The worst manicure that I have ever had in my life. My polish looks like a child painted it on. I had to ask her multiple times to not use her ungloved fingernails to dig in the sides of my nail beds. And she continued to do so. I also had to ask 2 times to get her to stop, and clean up around my nail with acetone. The worst $40 I have ever spent.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My daughter and I went for early mother’s day mani and pedis… #1 they were $236.00 FOR TRASH nails, #2 my daughter’s nails were ALL crooked, #3 acting like they had no clue what we were saying and got EVERYTHING wrong on both of us. #4 They rushed through the service, so many things wrong with mine and my daughters nails. I have never had as bad an experience as i have had today with this place. On top of that didnt even get the full medi service and charged 61 each for that.. do yourself a favor, save your money and go to another place where you will have a better experience and better service for the price.. happy mothers day ?

Literally the only Nail Salon to get a Pedicure!! Family owned, Palace is the only Salon in Georgetown that won't hard upsell, badger Pedicure add on treatments. They don't time a sloppy lazy massage so then you add on time thinking they'll actually improve, but don't...They just do the job properly! CLEAN, FRIENDLY, pleasant, relaxing and efficient. Every time I try to get a pedicure somewhere else in Georgetown I am alwaysssss disappointed, overcharged and underwhelmed!! Jon, Ann, their family and staff will make you feel so comfortable and cared for! I am a 19 year customer!

I’ve been getting my nails done since 2010. This may be the worst place I’ve been to. The lady rushed through her work. My nails had to be fixed prior to leaving. They were lumpy. Not to mention, she didn’t properly prep before doing a fill. (This is my first fill on the previous set) She was supposed to file off the lifted edges, she just filled on top of that. This is how people get fungus on the nail. It gets worse within 2 days several were lifted. To top that off we are barely 5 days away and this is how they look. Our bill for 2 pedicures and a full set refill was $200. I got short French tips.
