I don’t recommend this company, they don’t care about your vehicle. It seemed like the young man didn’t have any experience and I hope he didn’t break any parts in my truck because he wasn’t careful. This was the worst service in my life.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. My car broke down on 35 with no way to get to a shoulder or off the road my car had to be impounded way in south Austin. I called Jeff from Patriot towing and he went and got my car and helped explained the process and was honestly so KIND. If I ever need a tow I will call Jeff!!!

Horible towing service no care at all for your vehicle. Will drag and bottom out you car with no respect and leave you to deal with you own insurance company. Chose someone that actually cares about your car and is not just in a hurry to get to the next job.

Guy literally ran me out of my lane while towing a UPS truck next to the airport. It was intentional retaliation for not letting him in front of me in 183. Dangerous. Do not use.

I called several companies looking for a tow for a large company vehicle and not many could help. A few different companies recommended Patriot. I called and talked with Geoff. With all the bad weather he preferred to do it tomorrow but he said if we needed it today, he would do his best to take care of it. We ended up using him and His price was very fair and he was quick to get out and tow the vehicle. Very professional and kind. Definitely would call him again in the future

I needed to have 2 short buses moved pretty quickly and called around to many wrecker services. I got the best energy from Jeff even over the phone.
