I believe it was Hailey that helped me and my partner get new glasses. She was the girl with fabulous orange tinted glasses. She was so honest with her opinions which I asked for. She heard our concerns and made us feel like we made the best choices. Bravo, I also think it was Michelle who was there when I picked up my new glasses. She made sure they fit my face and I appreciate that.

I called their offices to get an eye exam and did mention that my one eye had blood in it. Not too uncommon for me as it does clear and there is not discomfort. They wanted to have it looked at by their ophthalmologist on site before getting an eye exam to make sure all was ok. I made an appt for July 21. I did and he confirmed, that it is nothing to worry about but to allow it to clear before getting an exam. I had provided my health insurance and they made me pay $100. When I asked if that is my deductible, she did not know. Turns out, they submitted a claim to my insurance as well. Upon getting my statement, the insurance paid them on Aug 2nd, $58.00. I tried to call but their billing only responds to you in text messages. They said they had not received the payment and it is now Aug 28th. They texted that I should call my insurance. Really? Do these people know how to do their jobs and not scam money off of us? So, I called my insurance and they told me that the check was paid on Aug 2nd. The customer support person at my insurance company was very patient and then put me on hold to call them. She spoke to a Jody at Pearle Vision whom was in billing. After being on hold, the customer service person from my insurance picked me up and said that they (Pearl Vision) needed more information on the benefits. Mind you, they took the $58 from my insurance and the $100 from me and they wanted to understand my benefits? The customer service person with my insurance provided the information for opening a grievance with them. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE OR ANY OFFICE THAT WANTS TO CHARGE AHEAD OF SUBMITTING TO YOUR INSURANCE! IT IS A SCAM IN HOPES YOU FORGET!

The doctor that shares the space with Pearle Vision is amazing. The when you go into actually pick out the frames they are honest actually honest it is refreshing to know that the frames you have chosen will actually fit your face. Then the glasses came quickly. When you get them and have the fitting they make that your glasses fit and fit well they work as a team. See you next year.

What a great experience! I needed new glasses and Pearle is who I used in Houston but I moved to Austin and finally found the Georgetown Pearle. They helped me find the perfect pair and were so thoughtful. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a pair of progressive glasses at this Pearle vision location many moons ago. They are now my work glasses. They worked great. But the service after the sale is the best around. They will adjust my glasses or other glasses I purchased elsewhere. I recently had another pair where the lenses became loose and popped out. My boutique location where I purchased the glasses would not service them after a year. Wow, Pearle did a great job adjusting and tightening the glasses, plus cleaning them. Shout out to Ms Hailey. Great service. One of the best places in Georgetown.

Good morning,
I had a first time great experience at Pearle Vision in Georgetown. Yesterday, I picked up my glasses and loved them. My representative Laura was really pleasant to work with. It all started with Ms/Mrs. Hailey though, she was awesome, patient, and informative. We looked over plenty eye-ware options and an explanation of benefits. She really took her time to help win me over as a new customer and I definitely plan to come back for future spectacles. Awesome job staff and may you continue to gain more clients like me who care about what they are putting on their face to bring out their personality
