I have tried and tried and tried to let this PetSmart show up... but unfortunately, the last THREE times I've gone to this PetSmart, it has been just such a disappointment. My dog has come out looking like she wasn't bathed, choppy, and they clearly do not trim the sanitary areas. When you call to talk to a manager, the phone gets passed around and no one seems to take accountability. Disappointing. I hardly leave reviews but it's annoying and disappointing and though the location is convenient, I will be going elsewhere to spend my money on services promised. Thanks for not showing up.

PetSmart, Georgetown, Texas, abysmal failure
I do not recommend PetSmart grooming and inasmuch. I do not recommend PetSmart any longer.
I took my dog into PetSmart, Georgetown, Texas today for grooming.
I had taken the dog in yesterday for a flu shot, and for a rash.
The person that was sitting at the reception desk in the grooming salon was nasty arrogant, and it was obvious that she didn’t want to be there at her job
If They treated me that way, imagine how they would treat my dog when I am not there.
The arrogant 27-year-old first looked at my dog and says what’s wrong with my dog, then we had forgotten the latest rabies documentation. She said she couldn’t take the dog unless it was up-to-date and she had a copy. I asked her if she would mind Contacting my veterinarian and we could get that information. She said not likely because the veterinarians won’t give the information out.
I called the veterinarians office and ask if she would give the rabies information and I could give it to their receptionist. The receptionist said, no I need to talk to her.
I handed the phone she asked about the rabies then she started asking about my dog condition, etc. etc. and I thought the hell is she doing sticking her nose in my dog business, she had enough problems just conducting her own
I asked her if I could see the manager and she pointed across the way that’s her she stated.
Since we had been using this PetSmart for somewhere between seven and eight years, we knew who she was and I asked her I said did you listen to that? She said yes, and she started talking and talking defending the the employee, never once letting me say a word. Finally, I had to ask her to please be quiet and I will stay by concerns and I told her that in dealing with customers it’s always nice if you listen to what the customer says first and what they’re wants and needs might be and then you can answer them appropriately, but all you start doing is talking nothing it’s accomplished, she told me to get the hell out.
I said are you kicking me out? she said yes get out now. Remind you this girl is probably 25 years old and we have been bringing our pets to this PetSmart location when she was still in grade school.
I said you’re really going to tell me to leave and she said yes and I got pissed. I asked her what kind of a cupcake she was and she said all kinds and kicked me out.
The younger generation today has no respect for the customer, no respect for other people, and are so self-centered that you would think there should be a light coming down from heaven because they are so special
I talked to the manager, and she apologized and said that there wasn’t much she could do because corporate won’t let them terminate them and there aren’t that many groomers available.
Well, there aren’t that many customers either so if you read this, I understand that if they treat a customer the way they treated me beware of How they’re treating your dog.

I won't be coming back here once petco opens on Williams drive new one because of the poor quality of service given to customers you have employees walking around staring at you like your stealing or stocking and ignoring you when you ask for help it's was like I was bothering him he answered my question about the bones in bone section as I was looking at some for my pooch and needed help but I felt as if I was bothering him he quickly answered me and left as to not have to answer anything more I also seen they walk around staring at you like you might be stealing and give you looks yet won't help you I'm sorry I will not spend my money at a place that doesn't value its customers hello I help pay your wages if we all stop coming you won't be employed I think you all need to consider this instead of being rude or unapproachable poor service is how businesses lose money if hire better management and spend more on training or hire the right people petsmart

I've been here before several times, and everything was fine. Today I came in for an appointment and was turned away because my dog is old and has trouble standing on a slick surface. I tried to ask questions about the bathing area, if there was traction for my dog to stand on. The girl would barely answer my questions. She told me she wouldn't accept my dog because she couldn't walk. I tried to politely tell her my dog was able to walk fine, but struggles because of age and furry feet to walk on slick floors. She was very rude and aggressive for no reason. I was only trying to ask questions. They've seen my dog before and there was no issue. I've never seen this woman in there before. She was caucasian with unflattering black eyeliner traced around her eyes. Ma'am, I can see why you work with animals and not people.

I took my dog, Vivi, to PetSmart for a grooming appointment with Zach, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. I asked for a simple trim, but what Vivi received was a completely uneven, choppy haircut that looks rushed and careless. Her fur was cut way too short in some areas while left too long in others, making her look ridiculous.
Grooming should be done with care and attention to detail, but that was clearly not the case here. I expected a professional service, but instead, I left with a dog who looks like she got into a fight with a pair of dull scissors.
I will not be booking with Zach again and would advise other pet owners to be cautious. Pets deserve better than this.
Just wanted to note I asked for a manager and even he was 100% for me receiving a 100% refund because it was so bad.

Staff is get. So are the groomers! Long hair Chaweenie and Chorkie that I like to get cut very low a few times a year and they do great

Visited the vet today. Fantastic experience. From staff to the doc, entire appointment was pretty awesome. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Dr Jones, for addressing my previous concerns. Highly respect her approach and definitely returning back. Very professional and kind.

DR. Jones is an outstanding veterinarian, who really cares for her four-legged patients and their caregivers. The veterinary staff are sweet and kind people that really want to help. It's a win ..in my book!
