Quoted four weeks to clean table cloths. When I called back to check on status at Week for, was told they would need an additional week. Items were cleaned but do not expect any urgency.

Way over priced. Dry cleaning cost more than the garment. Took a basic code in $60 to get it dry cleaned $10 a shirt.

Wasn't impressed by the service or the cleaning. Dry cleaning is done off-site, so they don't have a good understanding of where your clothes are.

Was going to drop off cleaning, and went to pull through the drive through. This lady and her dog stands in the middle of the drive with her back to us and doesn't give any directions. We were in a big pickup and this shopping center is busy so it was a task turning around. She was simply standing so we couldn't pull in. There's also not a sign saying which way you need to go through it. Lost our business due to rudeness and lack of communication.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. U.S. soldiers send their dress uniforms here from Germany to be cleaned. They're that good.

$7.50/piece for dry cleaning!! Been using these guys for a long time. Last two times I thought they were getting a bit expensive, but I have walked through the door for the last time. No reason 12 short-sleeved hawaiian shirts should cost $98.29 to dry clean. I could buy two new ones each month and just wash them at home on delicate.

Wife takes my shirts in for me. Fair prices and shirts always look clean and pressed.

These guys are my cleaners for life! After a disaster with another cleaners in Georgetown I figured, what have I go to lose.. either my favorite green silk blouse will go on with me or it'll have to go. They fixed the mistakes made prior and now it looks like new! Additionally, and more importantly, they remember my name and treat me very well every time I'm there. After seeing how wonderfully they handled my silk shirt debacle.. I took in my wedding dress :) 5 years old, mud stains at the bottom, wine spills and all... they kept me updated on the progress (which was really nice, otherwise you'd wonder if they forgot about it .. or worse, lost it) they searched and searched for the best way to clean the dress w/out ruining the sheen of the fabric, and since the leading professional at their facilities was not happy with the way it turned out (slightly and I mean SLIGHTLY less sheen than originally) they gave it back to me no charge for cleaning, only paid for the Heirloom process. I recommend these amazing folks to everyone I know.
